I be been with Dr Skeete for the last 15 years. She is an amazing and attentive doctor. Always spends necessary time, does not rush and explains well.

Dr. Skeete is an amazing physician! You can tell she truly cares and goes above and beyond for her patients. I’m so lucky to have her as my physician. I now know I am in good hands and that sense of peace is truly worth it!

After my ultrasound returned w/abnormal cells (report provided 3 weeks later after my numerous requests), I met w/Dr. Skeete who recommended biopsy to screen for cancerous cells. Office was to contact me to schedule but never did, tho' I called frequently to leave messages at front desk and on nurse line. Gave up after waiting more than a month of calling and went elsewhere; biopsy was not good; should have been done sooner but staff didn't care about my health, obviously. One day after I left a negative review on another site, they called me to schedule the biopsy, nearly 4 months after the abnormal ultrasound. I gave the caller an earful who said she would report to the office mgr. Never heard from anyone after that and that's fine, as I will never never return to that office. These people have no business working in healthcare, putting other people's lives at risk!

Never Again.... I had a consultation appointment for today waited an hour for Dr. Skeete. I decided to leave and request my copay back. I spoke with the office manager on my way out she didn't seem concerned at all about me waiting and no one saying the doctor is running behind or offering any other options. I get a call to do virtual but the young lady started giving me excuses on why I should understand the lack/no service I received. There's zero excuses for poor customer service, and not respecting other people's time. I had been a patient of Dr. Skeete many, many years today it ended.

Great doctor, appointment was on time and efficient, staff was friendly and professional

I've been a patient for 10 or 12 years at least. The practice was better years ago. Now it's hard to get a phone call returned. They don't tell you your test results. I haven't seen the doctor in about 6 or 7 years, only the nurse, midwife or other assistant. Very frustrating! I try to make an appointment with the doctor but you have to make it too far in advance. It's ridiculous! I think I will find someone new.

I cannot judge Dr. Skeete as I have never had a chance to even meet her, but her staff is beyond horrible. Other than Maria, who was super friendly and helpful, the lady in their billing department (young black girl) is extremely rude, gives you an attitude when you have questions and overcharges. She is a crook and should not be working in the position she's in. First, she told me at the time of my appointment that I'd have to pre-pay for my U/S and I would then get reimbursed if my Insurance pays. (I've never heard of this practice, usually that's a very easy thing to check and if she would have checked she would have seen that my insurance covers it fully) Once I got the proof from my insurance that the bill was fully paid, I called her and she lied saying that they never received the funds even though I have the EFT #. I even faxed over the paperwork but never got any refund or credit, even though that same girl told me at the beginning that they would refund me for whatever my… insurance is covering. To top it off, they sent me an additional bill for labs. This whole ordeal had me change doctors and I'm glad I did! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches and being ripped off while being pregnant. You don't need this additional stress.
