I met Dr. Cebul 38 years and 7 1/2 months ago when the delivery team pulled him in from the hallway to attend the precipitous birth of my son; there were other complications. Things were going South really fast, and Dr. Cebul absolutely saved my son's little life, and managed my state of shock. He came back to check on us during our hospital stay, even though I had a different OB/GYN who was en route when Dr. Cebul stepped in. His manner was always compassionate. I was pretty impressed with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

He delivered my son and was wonderful. He does a good job every time I see him and I feel comfortable with him as well.

After years of suffering, Dr. Cebul recently diagnosed a problem on my FIRST VISIT which other Gyns, family doctors and dermatologists were not able to figure out. He is accurate, thorough and carrying. Very highly recommended.
