This Doctor changed my life forever. At the end 2019 when I was just 36 , I went to her for a 2cm and 4 cm uterine fibroids . It did not bother me a lot . It just presses my bladder and I had that urge to urinate during my period . She didnot give me much options than to go for hysterectomy. I was so skeptical and even could not make the decision until the surgery day . Off course I made the consent for hysterectomy but I was unaware of all the consequences and stresses that women have to go through after hysterectomy. I had low women's health literacy at that time . I always wished she would have given me much options and more warnings of the procedure as I was young and have still in active childbearing age .She took it so easy & did not use to talk much during visits. Soon after mine, My another friend who was older than me had even worse bleeding due to uterine abnormalities but her Doc ( not Somani) did-not recommended her to have hysterectomy as it’s too early for someone… before 40 unless there is some life threatening conditions. That’s when I knew she took it so easy on me . I never got enough info. She never told me to go for other options and keep that options as the last resort . I was nearly in depression after this procedure . I even wish I would be able to have more babies during Covid times . I still regret every single day .Hysterectomy at 36 yr is the worst decision of my life and I will always remember her for that . If you go to her, be careful. She might be good on what she does but she should give more information as a Doctor . I don’t think she would like her family member do the removal of uterus for minor fibroids . She is commercial and do-not put herself on the patients shoes while making decisions . Because of her I have to live with the consequences forever .It is end of 2022, I’m still in my thirties however lost of ability to have kids three years ago. I never wish this to anybody.

Dr. Somani is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough, takes a lot of time to listen and is very compassionate. I am grateful I found her!

I had surgery with Dr. Somani as a disabled woman. She refused to visit me in my hospitalization within a week of surgery. She's refusing to treat me and I'm not even eight weeks from surgery. This is a dangerous physician and surgeon. Please beware. There is a complete and total lack of professionalism or concern for patients. I read a review that aptly described her care and facility to a puppy mill. This was the worst health care experience of my life.

Loved her for years and then a mishap happened on a surgery that was done. After surgery finding out she did the wrong surgery. 2 weeks later she finally called and tried to clean things up. Offering to redo the the surgery at no cost. And when I went in for the follow up the first words she said was " You are not mad at me, are you?" Seriously!

Perhaps being a dermatologist, botox specialist and gynecologist leaves too little time to research and care for patients who have serious illness.

Dr Somani is an excellent and caring doctor. Not only did she take care of me physically, but she was also interested and concerned for me as a person. I highly recommend her

I absolutely love Dr. Somani! I first saw her right before I turned 21, so she was the first gynecologist I have ever been too and did not know what to expect. She is extremely nice and caring and made sure I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.

Worse experience i ever had ... Showing Atitude when my wife was in pain .. didn't show a courtesy to ask how much is the pain or anything ... I wouldn't advice anyone to go CWC .. they are sending me NST bills like anything when it should be covered by Insurance

I have been with Dr. Anita Somani for over 20 years. She delivered both of my children and is now seeing my daughter. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is lucky enough to score an appointment with her. I consider it an honor to be able to have her perform my surgery next week. When I went in to my regular Dr for pre-admission testing, she said and I quote" I have never met this Dr. Somani but have heard outstanding things about her". She is very attentive, excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner. A+++
