Dr. Alan James Murnane, MD

I have never met Dr Murmane. As a mature woman, my family Dr recommended him. 10 days later I was getting ready for the appointment & got a call from his office, my appointment was cancelled because he was delivering a baby. There was no one else who could help me and they rescheduled for another 10 days. I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I went to Urgent Care for some immediate help. Jan 5, I was in parking lot of the office when I got yet another call canceling another appointment. I went inside to talk to receptionist. No emotion but she was sorry and 'we never know when these babies arrive' & she would schedule yet another appointment. What would you do? I walked out! I would never recommend the office to anyone, apparently, they don't have a backup dr/nurse to manage their office, and they are not interested in older women who need help.

Dr.Murane is an excellent doctor with very professional crew . Fantastic nurses that spend time answering all questions ... definitely recommend !

Dr. Murnane takes the time to listen to his patients. He is thorough, compassionate and an excellent physician. I am thrilled to have him as my gynecologist.

I learned about Dr. Murnane through my daughter, he delivered her last baby. I was looking for a good OBGYN, she spoke very highly of him, told me some things about him and that was enough to get me interested. My husband and I was there to witness the delivery of our grand child Daya La Rose. Not only did we witness his professionalism, but his genuine compassion as a doctor and the sanctity of life! Now I was more than convinced that I wanted to make an appointment for myself, I'm one not really to thrilled to go see a Doctor but I did, my experience was wonderful, I felt comfortable, he was very gracious and I didn't feel rushed. Now I'm suggesting that YOU the reader go try Dr. Murnane for your self!

Dr Murnane man delivered my eldest son. He is a good doctor overall, but his staff treated me very poorly Katherine Elliot, and discriminated against me because of my race. Katherine Elliot fabricated information in my medical charts (stating I requested a medication I am highly allergic too, when this was never the case) Katherine Elliot Dr. Murnanes employee then had me dismissed from the practice, due to her false allegations she put in my medical charts, and personal distain towards people of color. I seriously question the integrity and ethics, and overall moral of Weststar OBGYN. Dr. Murnane has shown very little regard towards me as a patient.
