Dr. Susan Kugel Doyle, MD

I called in with a medical concern on a holiday weekend and had the misfortune of speaking with Dr. Doyle and she was very annoyed with me for calling. She kept stating that it’s a holiday weekend and just her tone of voice was hostile and uncaring. It upset me to the point I was shaking and crying uncontrollably. Definitely don’t recommend.

I called in today to make an appointment with Dr.Doyle whom we recommend here at an agency that I work for. The rep that takes the actual calls was so rude and actually hung up in my face before I could even make an appointment. Didn't make it past the reps to even experience that care of the actual Dr. It really sucks when the people that work for you are giving bad service. Gahanna location.

Dr. Doyle is so kind. She really makes you feel comfortable and like she genuinely cares about you. I'm so happy she is my doctor.

I was searching some ob-gyn drs online and i picked out Dr. Susan Doyle, none of my family or friends recommend me to her. She’s the best doctor anyone could have. She delivered my 2nd baby, we made a successful Vbac. My 3rd baby i was diagnosed with complete placenta previa, the whole pregnancy easy but Dr. Doyle gave me so much positivity / courage. She’s more than a Doctor to me shes like a family. She delivered my previa baby safely and smoothy with the help of God i am now very well and enjoying precious time with my baby (babies) . Highly recommend Dr. Susan Doyle! Shes the best! Love her.

I would not recommend Dr. Doyle to anyone. I wish someone else had delivered my baby and cared for me post partum. She made me feel bad about wanting better care and blamed me for issues I was having.

Dr. Doyle is awesome! I had been seeing another gynecologist since I was 18 that my mom had picked out. Sometimes she was nice, sometimes she wasn't. She seemed very quick to get out of the room, and the office always wanted you to come in for separate appointments instead of doing it all in one. From the front desk all the way to meeting with Dr. Doyle, everyone was very nice and upbeat! Dr. Doyle has a great personality she came in within minutes of the nurse leaving and shook my hand introducing herself and how happy she was to see me. She took the time to get to know me and go over my health history. I also had an IUD that I was hoping she would be able to take out during the same appointment as my papsmeare because it's hard for me to get to appointments with my job. She immediately offered to take it out same day without me even asking her to. I am so excited and pleased to have such a wonderful obgyn and hope she will be able to deliver my babies one day!

Dr Doyle just delivered our son and let me tell you she is a blessing! We love her so much and will be back for every pregnancy and all of my wife's needs! A true doctor who is about you and not the pay check!

Dr. Doyle is amazing!!! After my last OB/GYN experience, she's been such a blessing.

I was on a waiting list for four months . Twenty minutes before my appointment they called and cancelled and I was not re-scheduled until March. This occurred despite me talking to the nurse the day before and making a plan to attend the visit. They told me I could not be seen until I had a referral from the doctor after I waited for five months for the appointment.
