He is a great psychiatrist OCH screwed him over and threw him out on the street without notice he now practice at ARC 1721 west elfinDale great. Dr though OCH just screwed him over gave him one to gather patience info and pack up then after he left they took down his sign of where was moving too and they removed the day after he left leaving his patients in the dark so he didn't disappear otc erased him.

Dr. Dobard is a great doctor however he has completely disappeared. He won't return phone calls and he has moved out of his office. I ran out of meds and still haven't heard from him. Very scary to abandon patients. Where in the world is Dr. Dobard?

Dr Dobard is amazing and so is his office staff. They make you a priority and making you feel like you again!

Dr. Dobard is an excellent physician. As another reviewer mentioned, yes, he was busy on a Thursday, but I don't think people realize that, compared to other practices, there are very few psychiatrists (and even fewer GOOD psychiatrists). So he is booked out far (which means he is good at his job). I have seen 5 different psychiatrists so I know what I'm talking about. Psychiatry is a difficult practice

I find Dr. Dobar very caring and compasionate. His office staff are the best ladies i have evr met in a doctirs office...i kighky recomend him....just dont go on thursdays.

This doctor put me on seraquil and atteral and ruined my life i was alot better before i ever met him

Dr. Dobard makes me feel like a person and helps me through my struggles. i appreciate all he has done for me. i am sure he could help anyone.
