Twin palm orthopedic group is the most pathetic doctors office I’ve ever been to. The staff is very unfriendly and rude and frankly they have no idea what they’re doing. Incompetence rules that office! I wouldn’t recommend twin Palm orthopedics group to my worst enemy

Dr. Farr treated my Mother with a Robotic knee surgery and the care that he provided was top notch. She was up and walking with no pain within a few hours of having surgery. The staff at his office provided great supportive care and the physical therapy got her feeling more than 100 percent in no time! Thank you Dr. Farr and staff!!

Busy doctor but, definitely worth it. He performed a knee replacement in my right leg and I’m amazed how easy it’s been. He is a skilled professional, keeps up with the latest technology making the patient’s experience as smooth and painless as possible. Prior to surgery, I was scared after seeing the pain that other people endured; I experienced nothing close to that. Dr. Farr is a true professional with a great bedside manner. He and his staff truly care about the patient. If you need an orthopedic doctor, he is top in his profession.

I was admitted through the ER after an ambulance ride from The Villages. From the time I entered the hospital until the surgery for a spiral fracture on my femur happened was only a few hours. A plan was made immediately and they did everything to keep me comfortable. Surgery went well, 51 staples with minimal scar. Femur is healing in record time. I surely would recommend Dr. Farr.

Very SAD to say I have been seeing this doctor for over ten years & recommending him to others. I won't see him or recommend him to others again as his OATH to the patients has changed. Dr. Farr mentioned to me personally: "His priority is for the patients and not the money." He knows I have a daughter with severe Addison's Disease which there is no cure. I am a single mom. His staff stinks [except for two wonderful girls in the front when you sign in I cannot remember their names but they are always in the front desk]. When you check out or even when you check in the lady who is responsible for collecting the money is miserable and won't let you see Dr. Farr unless you pay any outstanding balances first even if it is a minor balance (which is in my case is about $100 or less not including what my insurance company already paid him). He always gets paid by me despite knowing my situation. I will never recommend him again or go back to him! By the way, their waiting time once… you are there could be for a long time. So SAD because I trusted and believed in him but his actions and his own words to me proved otherwise. Please do not fall into my error in believing someone who only cares about himself and not human life but MONEY!

Derek Farr might be a MedicAid doctor. Because of the low reimbursement rate he must see many patients per day. You will wait in a packed, bare bones waiting room at least 1 hour if you're lucky...As far as his abilities, some folks are happy, many are not. He did some surgery on my hubby and we were not happy with the outcome. I don't like his staff either...
