Dr. Donald Bret Perlman, MD

He told us that he couldn't explain the tests because I didn't go to medical school. "They were normal" is all that he replied with when I asked what each test was for.

I've paid 4 visits for skin allergy. I've followed my instinct after reviewing that Dr. Perlman has 45 years experience in allergy and immunology. To my amazement he was looking for other means to maximize his profit's. He ordered breathing test which I certainly didn't need. He performed allergy patch test and when I went for the result after 4 days he assured me that the test proved positive and brought computer readings contains bunch of allergies that I was exposed to and not one of them was remotely true. He did not test my immune system and asked me to check with a skin doctor. I am sorry to say that my experience in that office was the worst I had seen. the good point is that he's friendly "yes", shows that he's caring and talks more than he listens but that's his part in making money. No problem with his staff, they were all friendly to me.

Loved him, but not enough to deal w/ their unprofessional staff at West Orange location. Specifically Carla.

His a very kind man and likes to tell jokes they are corny but the way that he tells them makes you laugh anyway.

Dr. Perlman is an excellent, compassionate doctor and definitley worth the wait.

His nurses leave something to be desired in how they speak to patients but Dr. Perlman is wonderful!

My husband and I have been patients for many years. He is the true professional.His patients aren't just a number. Hereally cares about your well being. I know only a few Doctors who have his ability to accurately diagnose and treat their patients. The office staff, especially Margaret, are an asset to both Dr. Perlman and his patients.
