This lady has the worse manners I’ve ever experienced from a health care provider. Rude is an understatement. Disrespectful

This woman is not a health care provider. I believe she is only working for a paycheck. Multiple family members of mine have seen her and she has been rude to every one of us. I went to see her because I was experiencing (and still am) a sharp pain in the right side of my face that went from my jaw, to ear, to temple. I only got as far as having pain in my ear, where she looked in for about one second, and told me I just had irritation in my ear. The pain has been ongoing. I did get her to prescribe me ear drops at least, but she seemed annoyed to have to do it. She even had the gall to tell me to stop shoving things in my ears, like I'm a toddler! I'm all for her being fired and never practicing medicine again. Especially in this time of COVID-19, people need ACTUAL care. Not whatever the heck she is providing.

She was so rude and condescending. She has no manners and treated me like I was below stupid. Honey you are not the only one with a PHD.

I had to see her because my other doctor had moved. Every single time she was rude! How do they let someone like her practice?! Isn't she a "health care provider"? She definitely does not provide that! Earlier this year, I had a very bad cold and she looked disgusted to be near me and immediately asked for a mask! Did she think only people see her for wellness?! Last week I had to see her to get a referral and instead of helping me, she was judgmental, and just overall rude! If you want to feel better, please don't see her. I am happy to say that my insurance has assigned me to a new Primary Care Physician.

This is the 2nd time I have seen Dr Saforo at Cassidy Medical Urgent Care. She was horrible to my children both times. Went in last night for my daughters bad cough. She scolded us for not having a mask on her. Nobody offered us one. She then gave my daughter a strep test and told my daughter to not cough in her face. My daughter left the office in tears. She is horrible with children!

She comes in and greets you. But doesn't come off welcoming and she made me feel stupid for going in. She seemed not to care that i was in pain. Did not reccomend her, will be calling my insurance to switch doctors!

If there was a rating less than one star I would do that. Dr. Safari is bar none the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. She thought it was appropriate to scare the heck out of my 11 year old autistic son who is afraid of needles because she thought he would be less afraid of a .5 inch needle than the 10" needle she said she'd be using.

I had to see this Dr. In urgent care she is the rudest most unprofessional Dr I have ever been seen by . I don't go to urgent care often but when I do you better believe I feel it's an urgent issue. She disregarded any of my concerns. I felt it was more of a chore for her to even be there. I have been to this urgent care in the past with my children or mom and it has always been great. But this Dr. Saforo needs to really take a course in bedside manner. She is horrible. If I ever am in a situation where I need to go to urgent care again I will definetly make sure I'm not seen by her.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Saforo. She is very personable with excellent bedside manners. She is also down to earth with great and friendly bedside manners. Above all she is an excellent clinician and Ihigly recommend her to family, friends and the public.

Extremely, extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend her to anyone.
