North Coast Pathology

I called North Coast Pathology needing a pathologist. I called 888-***-6061 and was directed to a survey where I was told four times that I would need to provide my personal information (name and address) to clam a $100 voucher before being given the number to reach North Coast Pathology. I clearly stated three times I decline to accept this voucher. The final time I felt stuck and asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative told me, "I am the supervisor" and proceeded to give me a number she said would connect me to North Coast Pathology. Upon calling it did not, but rather connected me to Direct TV customer service.
