I am writing to provide detailed feedback regarding a recent visit to your North ENT and Allergy center on August 7, for an appointment for my husband.While we had hoped for a positive experience at a specialized clinic, several aspects of our visit unfortunately fell short of our expectations, leading to an overall rating of approximately 3 out of 10. ( 1 out of 5 stars) Our scheduled appointment was for 3:30 PM, and we made a conscious effort to arrive early, just after 3:00 PM, given it was our first visit to your facility and we anticipated needing time for initial paperwork. Upon checking in, we encountered an issue with a line item on the intake form that neither we nor the receptionist could readily understand or explain. When we sought clarification, the staff member candidly admitted they were also unsure of its meaning and advised us simply to mark "No," implying that if we didn't recognize it, it wasn't relevant to our case. This interaction left us concerned about the… clarity of your patient documentation and the level of training provided to administrative staff regarding patient intake procedures. Despite our early arrival and the scheduled appointment time, we were not called in to see the doctor until approximately 4:25 PM, resulting in an unexpected and significant wait of nearly an hour. When I subtly inquired about the lengthy delay, the doctor simply responded that it was a "regular day," which provided little explanation for the prolonged wait time and felt dismissive of our inconvenience. The consultation itself was equally underwhelming. We experienced a distinct lack of rapport with the doctor, and the overall interaction felt rushed and impersonal. Most concerningly, I observed that the doctor did not wear gloves during the physical examination and treatment of my husband's ear. This omission immediately raised significant questions regarding hygiene protocols and patient safety within the clinic. I did not notice the doctor washed his hands nor apply hand sanitizer before treating my husband. The ear treatment seemed hurried, leaving us with the impression that the procedure was performed perfunctorily rather than with the thoroughness and attention to detail one would expect from a medical specialist. Staff hallway conversations are too loud. They are talking about motherhood. Overall, our experience on this occasion was far from satisfactory. We hope this comprehensive feedback can be used constructively to address potential improvements in administrative efficiency, patient communication during check-in, managing wait times, and, critically, ensuring stringent hygiene practices and a more empathetic approach during clinical consultations.

I was having an issue with a different surgeon at this practice so I went to see Dr. Locandro to remove stents from my nose. He roughly shoved cotton up my nose with numbing medication came back 10 minutes later, and began to roughly remove the stents which was painful. He seemed really irritated had the nurse grab an ice pack. I had my eyes partially closed and he was mocking me to the nurses telling them I’m a baby. He leaned me back in the chair and told me to uncross my legs while he reached over and shoved my foot off the other one. He lacks empathy and has an inflated sense of self. I had severe TMJ after the surgery and absolutely no one at this practice cared at all. It was the worst TMJ pain I’ve ever felt. zero empathy. Very unprofessional and would never recommend him or this practice to anyone EVER. very rude and unprofessional. Now I have no choice, but to see a completely different surgeon at a different practice.

I had an appointment 2 days after a referral from my pcp! The visit was thorough and intensive. Very nice staff, very professional. Hopefully, his recommendations will work for my problems.
