Dr. Dwayne Oneal Williams, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Williams for over 20 years. He is an amazing Doctor along with his Nursing Staff. His Administrative staff is something entirely different unfortunately. They are very lacking in compassion, patience, and just simple human courtesy. Be prepared to deal with bad attitudes over the phone and at the front desk window for no reason. I am now 4 days without a prescription med that is supposed to be taken daily. There have been no returned phone call to the Pharmacy or to me. My goodness those girls are so unnecessarily rude.

Great Doctor with wonderful staff. I have been going to Dr. Williams for over 25 years . He a great family doctor. He refers my family to specialists . He was one of the first doctors to do PSA tests on men . His staff is excellent too. Dee and Renee have been there for a long time too. His office has spot on with handing patients during this Coronavirus . They are excellent healers.

Call Dr Williams office to make an appointment for myself and my husband, this would be our first time see Dr. Williams. The interview came to a halt when the receptionist ask me for my SSN??? When I ask her why she needed it , she could tell me other then the system would not let her go any further without it. I explained to her the caution I have because of identity theft and ask if I could give her the last 4 digits or make up a number for the file.... No.... I tried to explain to her from my professional background that I didn’t feel comfortable giving it out and ask if we could simply use anything else... I was told either give me your SSN or we can’t help you. We have all seen on the news medical files just thrown out when offices move or closed down and all of you personal information left out for anyone’s use.... it seem that these non federal offices could find another way to identify patients other then your SSN. That is a number for federal use only! Any one using that… number or misuse of it intentionally or unintentionally can open themselves up to a law suit for misappropriation.... wish you would find another way.

People skills are wellness unto itself. Days of illness, his presence shows and healing seems to begin. Christ like character is his healing aura. Staff needs to clothe in his spirit.

Difficulty with timely appointments-it could take 2-3 months to see Dr Williams.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful Doc. It really is a shame he has uncaring, unprofessional, rude staff. In rating Dr Williams (he) would get 5star, but his staff is so horrible, I want to give a 2 or 3

I would give Dr.Williams more than five stars if available. He's truly a colossus in his field to sum it up.And Ms.Vanessa and Renee,what would I do without those two.They are very very hardworking,professional and courteous.

Dr. Williams has been my doctor for over 15 years and as long as he is in practice I will not change. I have referred everyone I know to him and we all feel the same way WE LOVE HIM! Now don't get me wrong my dr is a BUSY man so you may have to make an appt a month ahead of time but no worries it will be well worth it. He cares about his patients and treats all of us like we are the only one. He listens and is extremely thorough. Expect to be tested on everything he wants to know what is happening in your body.
