Dr. Chan is an extremely skilled, and competent physician. He diagnosed and treated my complicated issues other doctors were unable to diagnose or treat. I have many complicated health issues and have experience with many many doctors. I am very difficult to impress. I would and have referred patients to him. Thanks Dr. Chan!

I have a large deductible insurance policy. This type of policy is gaining popularity as it saves money to the policy holder and the insurance company. The doctor is supposed to send their bill to the insurance company and then bill the patient with the approved amount. Dr. Chan and his office insisted that I pay in advance an estimate amount of the service, even though it's against the insurance company's procedure. It's like a restaurant asking you to pay an estimate amount of your meal before they serve you. I went to another doctor, which was great and not greedy.

Great doctor. very patience. Always tell me what he is doing when he puts instrument into my ear. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chan to other people.
