Very poor job on my procedures, made promises to fix his mistakes and never followed through. I’m never going back.

Worst doctor I’ve had in my 33 years of life. Saw me for 5 minutes asked two questions and send me along my way. Absolutely did not give a care about how I was feeling, if there was anything bothering me etc. I would stay away.

I have read the reviews and am really quite surprised! I have been seen by her for 4 or 5 years and I feel like she knows me and my medical history personally! Her staff is lovely and when she does have a new med doctor as a guest, they always ask if that is okay with me. She listens to my questions and concerns with care. Dr. Toulouie always suggests healthy choices with regard to food and exercise. I feel confident with her and my improved health is proof!

Have been with this 'Dr' for over two years. Have not personally been seen by he4 in the last 4 appointments, only by wantabes. Have been trying to get a prescription refilled thru Walmart for over 4 days, Walmart indicated that they have not been able to get hold of the Dr, and that several other patients are waiting for refills. What do you do???

I saw this Dr. as I began to get sick (a new Dr got to the bottom of it and we now know is chronic disease) she did not do a physical exam on me and when I mentioned the pain I have and how my previous doctor treated me with pain medication, she wrote in my chart that I have a history of narcotic abuse. This doctor almost ruined my life. Luckily my new doctor got to know me and didn't let this careless label dictate my authenticity to him and the real ness of my condition and he was able to send me to the correct specialist. If you value your health I recommend finding a different doctor.

Disaster of a physician. We felt like fast food orders not patients when we are talking to her. Barely got a few minutes and rushed out the door for the next one in line. Now I understand the low YELP rating.

This doctor is the worst doctor I’ve ever had in my life. Not only is she extremely rude and dismissive to clients, she also doesn’t care enough to actually do work and help a patient with treating any concerns. I’ve had her for over a year now and she won’t even do a physical exam, she cuts you off when you’re speaking, she won’t even do any vaccinations. She is extremely unhelpful and literally does absolute no work. Every referral or appointment I’ve gotten done was due to me putting in the leg work to get it done. I cannot wait to switch. She’s absolutely terrible, and I’ve had other patients agree with me about her coldness and unpersonable personality. I’m warning you do not go!

I've happily been a patient of Dr. Toulouie's for several years now. Everyone is always nice w/a genuine concern about my well being, which is highly appreciated. Daily within a dr's office there's they're busy w/caring for people's lives. Therefore it's comforting in knowing that they sincerely care about me in addition to everyone that they're in contact with. Thank You Ladies!

This rating is an exaggeration but it's as low as I could go. She barely spends any time with you during an office visit. She only half listens to what you say and never gets your prescriptions correct. Getting refills is like pulling teeth. Referrals are even worse...takes months to get if you even get them. The staff is even worse...don't bother to call to get anything rectified. Most times theyre blowing sunshine up your rear end...always giving a different excuse. God forbid if youre in any kind of pain...she's so afraid of getting in trouble she wont even prescribe you a Norco. I've been trying to get a prescription filled through my mail order pharmacy for Chantix for three months now...all they need is a call back (or fax) for approval to send it out and her staff won't make a simple phone call. My pharmacy has sent them multiple faxes that never get answered. I have finally given up and have gotten a new primary care doctor. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and… competent doctor with staff to match, this is not the doctor to consider!

One word to describe her and her staff BEST!!
