I want to say that it was an easy procedure I had and it was handled by the doctors' PA. Staff was very professional and my appointment was right on time.

She misdiagnosed skin cancers for years that I brought to her attention.

I've been seeing dr conroy for about 12 years now (started in middle school) and she is amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually listens to you. Only problem is usually the wait time in the office. Sometimes runs as much as an hour late, which is really the only negative about the office.

2 years ago I went in for a skin condition on my face. Did not even get to meet with the doctor. Met with a nurse that misdiagnosed me with eczema, and prescribed me tactolimus, a synthetic drug that suppresses the immune system and is $200-300 for a little tube. There are 2 common strengths of this drug and they prescribed me the strongest one, which is not the proper approach to see if it will have an effect. The drug did work but they did not warn me about the many possible side effects including not to have alcohol and I had a very bad reaction. I later found I actually have psoriasis and a $7 bottle of coal tar solution put it into remission, without the damaging effects of an immune system suppressant, or the excessive cost, or side effects. This practice is just a money making machine. They are not looking for the best interest of the patient.

Dr. Conroy takes care of me and all four of my children for various problems including toe nail fungus, acne, plantar warts, atypical moles and head to toe checks. She and her PAs are attentive and smart. I highly recommend the practice.

I have been there 4 times and we have yet to even meet Dr. Conroy ! Three of us wait over an hour on separate occasions and then get put into a room and wait again for a nurse practicioner! Talk about overbooking and greed! I don't believe we would ever get to see the doctor. Don't waste your time !
