I recently started seeing Dr. Cook for treatment of my lower back pain after an unsatisfactory experience with another doctor. She was extremely thorough in her physical exam and review of my MRI imaging to ensure that she fully understood the causes of my symptoms. She then took the time to fully explain her findings to me, and to answer my (many and detailed) questions. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Cook and have found her to be a highly competent and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone experiencing back pain.

I was referred to Dr Cook by another doc in the practice. Having seen other pain management doctors in the past with little to no relief I was skeptical. Needless to say Dr Cook’s protocol has given me such relief from my low back pain allowing me to not have surgery. Her knowledge, understanding, thoughtfulness and intuition make her the awesome doctor she is. Her desire for input from her patients insures they are part of the process. I can’t say enough good things about her. My physical therapist refers patients to her because of her outstanding success rate. ??????????

Dr. Cook helped me when my Chronic pain clinic retired & the Hospital that he was affiliated with decided they did not want to handle the PAIN MED portion & only wanted to do the procedures because of Opioid issues in our Country & I am guessing Liability? I have been living with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy for over 26 years. They were pushing all patients out. I was constantly being lied to from the nurse telling me every time I went in that the next month I come in there are not going to be any Dr.s to help you or prescribe my meds to. I was in panic mode because I could not understand why they would treat me like that I had never missed or were never late for any appointment in 24yrs or did or did not abuse any of my meds. For myself it was quite devastating because they put me on Methadone 90 mg. a day to start for 24 years plus. they tried to get me off the meds in barely 1/2 the time I was suppose to take. I was going thru one of the worst times of my life & such "bad"… withdrawals. The hospital had hired Dr. Elizabeth Cook after they had a part time Dr. fill in for a bit. Dr. Cook came in & once she knew that I was doing everything I was suppose to do she was so caring, understanding & most of all HONEST with me & that goes a long way with me. She would sit & go over everything & try everything she could to help me with such heartfelt compassion. I felt like my original Dr. abandoned me & then I was being treated like I was an addict & it was an awful way to feel because the hospital & their Dr. put me on this medicine. She always took the time to let me know that I was not an addict. When it was time for Dr. Cook to leave because she was just helping out in the hospital was a very sad day for me & my husband because as soon as she left I was pushed all the way out. So Please... If you are looking for a Dr. with a lot of knowledge, caring, compassionate & takes the time to make sure you understand then DR. Elizabeth Cook is the Dr. you want to be helping you. I knew from my first visit that Dr Cooke sincerely cared about my quality of life, controlling pain, and me as a person. I only wish I was referred to her sooner. She literally is giving me my life back. She always checks and double checks if the procedure is even causing discomfort. It's not about the quantity of patients seen, it is about quality of the care her patients receive. . It's not about narcotics, it is about long term results She makes sure she takes care of you today, and puts together a plan for your future.

Dr Elizabeth cook is Amazing. She has pinpointed my problems and has always been on target. I (and my back) are forever grateful for her professional expertise, compassion and optimal care. She is an exception to her profession. PS. I have sent several of my patients to her. They have all come back with great feedback! An 86 yr old woman comes from HawIi ever six months or so to see her!

I think Dr. Cook is the BEST!! I have had these shots before from someone else and was not going to do it again because they hurt so much. Dr. Cook was amazing. Not only nice but very concerned about it NOT hurting. I did not even know when she was done. Absolutely no pain and I would never go to anyone else. She is the best!!

Dr. Cook is a lifesaver! In 18 years of trying, Dr. Cook the only doctor who has ever been successful in giving me relief from the constant pain of severe Degenerative Disk Disease with extensive nerve damage. I've now seen her for 3-1/2 years, and my only regret is that I didn't find her many years ago, because my whole life would have been different. I give her my very highest recommendation. A+++

Dr. Cook has been a life saver for me to help manage my pain. She is so compassionate, even had tears in her eyes, once, because I was in pain. She strives to get to my pain problem the best way possible and with excellent results! Her caring and expertise really are very evident. Wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!
