Dr. Elizabeth Jane Legatt, MD

Went to her 16 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. She was rude and condescending throughout the pregnancy. Horrible bedside manner!! I was in so much pain for days after my vaginal delivery so I went to her for an exam and she told me there was nothing there and said maybe I have herpes!! So I went to another doctor who saw right away that I had a huge tear from the delivery! Dr Legatt refused to acknowledge that I tore during the delivery. Meanwhile my baby had to go on isolation in the nicu because of her ridiculous herpes diagnosis which was absolute bull! Everything was negative. She is a horrible doctor! Please do not go to her!!

She was extremely rough during examination and did not give me any warning before performing certain procedures. Her follow-up was just as terrible. She's very unkind. No bedside manner

Dr. Legatt has been my doctor for over 30 years. I've always have found her to be caring, thorough and a great doctor. The fact that I'd travel 45 minutes to see her is a true testament of how much trust I put in her. My only regret is that she has now retired, but so well deserved!

she punched th breasts 7 times. then prescribed rx that I said I didn't want. kicked me out of the way. she wanted those kickbacks. nasty personality, if you can call it one.

She's the worst doctor I've ever been to in my life. I saw her many years ago, only ONCE. She scarred me emotionally due to that appointment. Horrible bed side manner, condescending and caused me the worst physical pain I've ever felt in a doctor's office in my life.

My first visit went well and I felt she was thorough. She was concerned about my weight but didn't harass me about it. My follow up she was only concerned about my weight and was questioning me about diet, and these appointments get me anxious to begin with. I couldn't remember much but it must have angered her and she proceeded to give me a very rough examination where I left in such pain and breakthrough bleeding. I felt manhandled and humiliated. I was in shock but tried to have questions answered and she dismissed them as unimportant saying it's probably because you're obese. My only regret is not telling her off before I left, but I was in shock.

I saw this doctor about ten years ago. She gave me the MOST rough and painful pap smear I have ever had in my entire life. I have had two babies, one miscarriage, have had male doctors, but never experienced anything like this. My insides literally hurt for three days after that. Don't know what her issue is, but this was unacceptable.

Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. No bedside manner whatsoever.Was rude, insenstive and unrealistic.Spent 5 minutes with me.Told me that I had a chronic medical issue that would disrupt my life though there were no valid symptoms.Misdiagnosed medical issue and declined to further explain about the issue.Did not ease my confusion about what turned out to be a misdiagnosis.Would NEVER EVER go back to see this doctor.

Horrible doctor. Very rude, condescending made me feel bad for coming in for a routine check up. Told me she felt sorry for me for coming in for testing so frequently. Told me I should go to counseling. I came in for a medical appointment, not a therapy session.
