Dr. Diltz is one of the best doctors I've ever been seen by He Is knowledgeable not only about what he practices but also specialist doctors that you might have to see he does all the referrals in house. Diltz very straight to the point he also doesn't like to prescribe medicine if there is another route. He will always listen to you and what research you've done. I believe he takes as much time as you need to make sure you are okay with whatever is going on. His staff is always friendly and will always work with you to get an appointment that you're happy with

Never a bad experience with the Physician or NP. Dr.Diltz explains everything he does and reasoning behind it.

I think and highly feels like he is just taking money from our insurance company and our Government. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Dr.he never has a legit answer and he doesn't really listen to the patient. Then his so called LPNs or RN's look and act like they just graduated from college with few to no experience at all.

Recently I needed to speak with a doctor and after several years of seeing Dr Bellin (no longer practicing) I made an apt to see Dr Diltz. The 1st apt was fine. I went back two weeks later for a follow up. He did not remember why I was there after looking at his previous notes in the computer. Once I explained the whole previous apt, and he remembered, while knowledgeable, he would speak to me like I was an idiot. I left the Dr apt feeling worse than when I arrived due to his lack of communication skills. I understand that some people lack "people" skills but it is completely inappropriate to curse (GD included) in front of patients and to make them feel inadequate. I will not be returning to that office.

First thing's first: Dr. Diltz is a no nonsense kind of guy. He's very informed, had been in the field for a very long time, and even has an extensive knowledge on may doctors/specialties around the area. There is almost a lack of small talk as he jumps straight into what brought you into his office today--which some may interpret as a lack of bedside manner, but I find to be prompt and professional. His diagnosis' have always been correct, spends plenty of time during and afterwards talking about all options, insurance questions etc. Plus, he schedules very expedient follow-ups as needed. I was actually a patient at this office for 9 months (through Dr. Pisut) before seeing Dr. Diltz on an emergency basis when my pain management doctor who I was seeing for 2 years abruptly stopped accepting my insurance plan. Upon explaining the situation, Dr. Diltz prescribed medication as needed while also handling all referrals through his office. Not once was I ever scrutinized, or looked down… upon for receiving this medication (which, living in Ohio, is an extreme rarity in 2016.) Simply put - This guy is amazing. Doctors like him are a dying breed, unfortunately.

I had an urgent health issue last week not appropriate for an ER visit. I couldn't see anyone at my pcp for 1 week. I sought evaluation from another doctor in the meantime. Dr. Diltz accosted me upon entering the exam room about going to another doctor and proceeded to rattle off the other doctor's D.O.B., graduation date, practice address and ended this opening with, "See, I do my research when I see people." Besides having a condescending tone of voice, he couldn't remember what my medication dosage was for either medication and was confused that I had started Minipres and not Catapres. He questioned prior diagnoses from his former office partner, who retired. He asked about the size of the other doctor's practice, which I don't really know, and decided to add that his practice has 10000 patients; his father started it; that he's been there since '81 and he has 35 years experience. I could've paid a stranger less money to feel berated and shamed.

Waited an hour to see the doctor only to be treated like dirt. Staff was rude, and even heard the flippant use of the word "retarded" by one woman working there. The doctor was condescending, and treated me like I was seeking drugs. ( I have never been prescribed or requested narcotics at this office! He was listing my medicine to me, so he knew this.) The other doctor that left was awesome, thorough, and understanding! I just couldn't believe this guy.
