Dr. Emily Theresa Veeneman, MD

I absolutely loved Dr. Veeneman. The negative reviews make me think they must have seen a different doctor by the same name. Not only was she friendly and approachable, but she was thorough and took the time to listen to my ideas and answer my questions. One of the nicest doctors I've ever seen, not to mention that she found out that I had a problem with my thyroid, unlike anyone else I'd ever seen, despite the fact that a lot of my symptoms would lead to that conclusion.

Always a great visit. And I have recommended Dr Veeneman to friends including my daughter who is now one of her patients too.

Dr. Veeneman just fired me as her patient because I did not make appointments with her every six months, but I was not aware I needed to do so. My last contact with their office was on the my chart portal and it was indicated that the office would contact me to set up an appointment and I never heard from them at all. When I called after I received the letter from her, I was told that the doctor felt I needed to find a doctor who was a "better fit". I am not impressed and there are other specialists in her field that I feel would have to be a "better fit" for me than her.

She did not take the time to listen to my issues, even though I tried speaking to a nurse about the problem two days prior to my appointment. It felt as though she had already formed her opinions on me, before even talking to me. She did not make me feel as though she cared. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this doctor.

Not a good experience. I did not get the impressive that she cares about her patients. Very unprofessional and communication is horrible. I cannot in good faith recommend.

I think Dr. Venneman has a great bedside manner. I never felt rushed when speaking with her. She listened to my concerns and helped create a health plan and walked me through the medications I would need and discussed side effects. I have never had a doctor spend as much time with me as she did. It was really refreshing and I feel like I have made the best choice for my health.

Exceptionally nice person with unbelievably good bed side manner.

Very happy with Dr. Veeneman so far, she treats both T4 and T3 thyroid symptoms and it seems she nailed the RX on her first shot. I have my life and energy back and a big smile on my face Great staff, smoothly running office! Highly recommend!
