Dr. Eric William Baum, MD

His personality is what people can't understand ,but I love the way he is straight up.

Since Dr Baum has outsourced his appointments and his wife does not help with the medical paper work you better have time to wait in the office to be seen and then after the visit spending several hours with your insurance to get your medicine. It took over 2 months to get my medicine havong to be the leaison between Dr Baum’s office , insurance and the pharmacy something that the old office would have taken care of, now I am back with my daughter waiting over an hour past our appointment time to get called back. Never again

From my first visit I was treated with such professionalism, from the receptionist to Dr. Baum. The Dr took his time and listened to everything I had to say. He has worked with me to clear my psoriasis and has shown great compassion. I would highly recommend if you need a dermatologist that you see Dr. Baum. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

From the appointment clerk, Office Personnel, to Dr. Baum was very Through from start to finish. I'm quite pleased with his insight into skin cancer & the prevention's~ His Bedside manners were awesome & the ease & flow of getting an appointment~ Wait Time were all done with ease~

I've been going to Dr. Baum for 5 years now, and I have found him to be an excellent dermatologist. It's easy to get an appointment, and if it's an emergency they always get me in the same day I call. The in-office wait times are short, staff is friendly, my insurance billing is always handled correctly, and Dr. Baum himself seems very competent. His "bedside manner" is a little brusque, but then I'm not there to chit-chat. I have full confidence in Dr. Baum.

Dr. Baum seems to know what he is doing when it comes to certain things. He had me try Accutane in my late teens for my face and it worked. However, I went last year to have a mole removed off of my hand and I was left with an even worse scar. When I went to have my stiches taken out he was in such a hurry that I ended up pulling them out when I got home because he didn't take the time to look to make sure they were all gone. Now that the wound is healed my scar is bigger and darker than the mole ever was.

HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. I'VE BEEN TO HIM FOR MANY YEARS. HE'S ALWAYS RIGHT. THE BEST.

Dr entered in a hurry, asked what I needed. Kept interrupting when I tried to explain my needs. Would not look at my list of printed concerns. Criticized me for not listing medical allergies on my printed form. He made me feel like a I was in line at a fast-food restaurant with a long impatient line of customers behind me.

I was very impressed with Dr.Baum. As a paramedic I deal with doctors quite often. The way Dr. Baum assessed my condition and the treatment plan he prescribed was far better than any previous doctor treating my situation. The initial appointment was very easy to arrange. My total wait time to see the doctor (including filling out 'first time patient' paperwork) was less than 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous. Even the waiting room was comfortable.

I had a dramatic rash dorm hair to heels that eas being treated by pcp for MRSA and not responding.
