I went to Dr Waterman for his years of experience in ENT and plastic surgery experience and I was comfortable right away... confident that he was the Doctor to fix my breathing and my collapsing nose. He and his team exceeded my expectations. Not only can I breath perfectly but my nose looks great... 100 times better than it did. Who knew you can take parts out of your ear and make a great nose! Thank you Dr Waterman and Staff!

His reassurances were false. I emphasized that I was VERY worried that he would be conservative and him and his assistant promised they wouldn't be. I didn't know enough to ask if he was going to break my nose - despite the research I had done for months before. He said he would it would be great. I wanted my nose to go inward, and I didn't want it large or long anymore. He gave me a 500 dollar discount. Don't let his lower prices ($7,000 compared to the current norm of $10,000 and up) excite you. Did he not break my nose because he felt that was too much work for what he charged me? I don't know. He did not break and reconstruct my nose, which I'm sure was the only way to get the results I wanted. The point is, I worked so hard to save the money for this procedure. I was 19 years old. I paid for it on my own. My nose has been my biggest insecurity since I was little. I was so excited and so nervous. He let me down after I trusted his word. He took advantage of me because I… was so unhappy and ready for change.

Thank you, Dr. Waterman! I am much more confident with my nose fixed. During college I broke it a couple times and never got treated, now about 8 years later I was ready to get it fixed. No more breathing trouble like before, and it looks more symmetrical now. I would recommend Dr Waterman to anyone looking for a nose job. His staff helped make the process much less stressful than I expected, and my nose is looking better and better.

I always go to Dr. Waterman for my botox injections, I trust his experience and talent to provide results that work for me. I never feel "plastic" but my skin is so smooth and clear! If you have skin, you're old enough for botox. I wish I started years earlier. His lakeside office in madison park is in a great location, lots of restaurants and gorgeous lawns to stroll around.

Dr Waterman does all my facial injections! I trust his hands only, he is an expert with a needle and I never leave bruised or blemished. I am just about due for my next botox session, and can't wait!

Praise for Dr. Waterman! I've had sinus surgery done 3 times by another local nose doctor and he had no problem causing me to have pain, not the same with Dr. Waterman. My Sinuses have been a big problem for me and after many procedures my throat always hurt. First thing I noticed after an extensive surgery that Dr. Waterman did, no pain in my throat!! I am thrilled and grateful to have found Dr. Waterman.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this practice. The staff was very polite, helpful, considerate and professional. Dr. Waterman is a great listener, a thorough, capable and thoughtful doctor, and very kind and empathetic. During my visit, he went to the trouble of going online to see if there are any newer treatments for my condition and printed out a copy of his findings for me. Physicians practicing to this exceptionally high standard are rare; Dr. Waterman is the best!
