He put in 5 stents during PCIs, 3 of which were done on an emergency basis at Stanford. (Based upon MI- NSTEMI) He is qualified to do complicated PCIs, such as the LAD-D2 bifurcation that he did for me. He is amazing. PAMF (my clinic) and Stanford coordinate well together to the benefit of their patients.

When I was in my PAMF doctor's office having had increased mild chest pain in the past, I was sent immediately via ambulance to Stanford Hospital. Although I was not in pain at that time, I had heard that a person my be having a heart attack and not know it, so I submitted with what seemed like no time for a second opinion.. Although my troponin level was below detectable limits on admission. Dr price performed an angiogram and found I had a nearly closed cardiac artery. He placed a drug eluting stent in that artery and if it lasts I will be very pleased with Dr. Price's efforts and with taking my case seriously and pushing for the care that would give me the best long-term outcome. . He will be continuing to oversee my care as I go through the stent's drug habilitation regime.

Although I was a relatively young non-smoking vegetarian female with no prior incidents of chest pain, Dr. Price heard about my family's history of heart disease and had me sent immediately via ambulance to Stanford Hospital. He performed an angiogram and found I had extensive cardiac artery disease. The options were a six-stent procedure or dual bypass open heart surgery which he recommended after discussing with a cardiac surgeon. I had the open heart surgery and now am progressing very well with my recovery. I credit Dr. Price with taking my case seriously and pushing for the care that would give me the best long-term outcome. He is an excellent doctor with a gentle and comforting bedside manner. He will be continuing to oversee my care as I go through cardiac rehabilitation. I feel I am in great hands.
