I had Dr. Tracy as my OB for my first baby. I liked how Dr. Tracy tried to be as gentle as possible during exams. I noticed her bedside manner varied from one prenatal appointment to the next.

Very exceptional care.

There are so many better OBs at MGH than this woman. She is rude, horrible bedside manner and does not follow up. I had an emergent c -section which she performed bc my OB was not on that day. This woman nicked my uterine artery causing me to lose 2 liters of blood, lacerated my bladder and ureters coming off my kidneys which left me with stents in my ureters. She also gave me a major infection in my incision. My c-section was suppose to be 45 min and it was 5 hrs due to all the complications. I ended up staying in hospital for 6 days. She NEVER came to check on me until the last day. As she was talking to me she was backing up towards the door to leave. My experience with this woman was horrible. Extremely upsetting especially since it was my first pregnancy. i cannot believe this woman is a doctor!

I saw Dr Tracy in Feb. Tests came bad with precancerous cells. Her care, suggestions were excellent. Had surgery two weeks ago...hysterectomy.. cancer free. Everything from beginning to end was professional, educational, informative, sensitive both at the office and especially at the hospital. I would go to Dr Tracy and trust her anytime. Thank you Dr.

My wife was left on the table by Dr. Tracy to be tended to by a resident after surgery ran late. Catastrophic events ensued. Come to find out she had patients waiting. Turn and run! Find another doctor and save yourselves.

I am a patient of Dr. Tracy's with endometriosis, a fairly painful disorder. While I have absolutely no complaints with her medical knowledge and accuracy of diagnoses, tests, etc, that is where the praise ends.I have never been more poorly treated than I am each and every time I call or visit Vincent Gyn. Staff is rude, unobliging, uncaring, and makes patients feel as if they have to fight for their right to be seen and cared for. Any following-up conducted is through my own advocacy, or through completely inappropriate notification procedures (ie: a patient should not be told about elevated cancer-causing cells in a letter over a month after the visit). This clinic is an absolute disgrace to healthCARE. Perhaps if those employed at clinics did not alienate, insult, and ensure patients feel they have no advocate but themselves, they would receive an ounce of respect. As far as I can tell, there is not a single staff member deserving of it.

She was very rude, she has very poor bedside manner.

I had two vaginal deliveries after nine months under her care. If I could do it all over again, I would have wished she had set me up for c-sections! When I had suggested a c-section to her nurse, she said "You don't want surgery!" Great doctor!

This doctor thinks all births should be c-sections to prevent malpractice lawsuits. But what's very scary is that she actually believes that c-sections are safer than vaginal births. She pushes labor induction before the due date has arrived, as well as harmful drugs and other unnecessary intrusive interventions. I guess this is typical for most OB's in the US, but it just seemed extreme in her case. What was most shocking to me was when I found out that she thinks all women should be given automatic c-sections, because "doctors don't get sued for c-sections". And whatever you do, do not tell her that you are considering a midwife, or she will treat you with scorn, disdain, and outright prejudice.
