Don't go. From the moment I received my referral up until today, looking for another doctor, I was treated uncaringly and rudely by everyone, up the chain of command

Have been under the care of Dr. Ramos staff since 2013. I have mainly seen Janine at every visit. She takes my medical condition seriously, takes time to answer questions. She works with me to get the optimal dose and type of meds. I’m never made to feel like a drug-seeking junkie, and I’ve heard from some people that they get that vibe from their pain management physician. Also when I go for steroid injections every few months, they’re very kind and gentle because I’m afraid of the IV and that moment I go out of it. Usually a nurse holds my hand. I recommend Dr. Ramos team to anyone who has chronic pain

I was a patient for several years trying everythin including his moneymaker injections which were a waste of my time until I was slowly placed on 10 - 15 mg working up to 4 15 mg of oxycodone a day till one day I was shockingly dropped to 10 mg a day, TAKE AN ASPIRIN 8 weeks later i suffered a widow makers heart attack was there a previous proble, NO we will never know if there was a collection but that was quite a drop on something I was built up to take I should have been just as graciously ween off

Saw the doctor and got a really good impression of him. He seemed very profession and I had absolutely no issues until his assistant went to schedule me after he was done. She told me they could only schedule my injections in the afternoons. Not wanting to have to take off from work for the day I pleaded for a morning or early after appt. I left very upset telling Dr Ramoses assistant that I guess I'd have to find another doctor. Once I got outside of his office I reconsidered and decided that I should at least get the first shot with doctor Ramos and then look for a doctor who offered a more flexible shot schedule. (I could of went any weekday 8am till 1pm without having to take a day off work) So anyway I walked back into his office to get scheduled and the doctor addressed me and asked me why I insulted his nurse using the f word 3 times. I was dumdfounded as I never said that. I spoke with the doctor briefly and got the impression he did not believe me. Its a shame such a… professiona doctorl is undermined by a lying staff member.

I have been a patient for about a year and a half. Dr. Ramos has done everything possible to help me manage my chronic pain. He recently put a spinal cord stimulator implant in. He is experienced and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Ramos!

I had a procedure done Monday 12-10-2018. Melissa was able to establish a IV on the very first try. Nobody has ever been able to do that at all, except Melissa. That is a big deal to me. And Sally, Dr. Ramos nurse was very knowledgeable and a very good comfort to me. She was able to explain to me why l made terrible noises when I breathed. Stridor. I had been diagnosed with it several months prior but I did not know what it was. She recognized it and told me what I didn't know about it. Both Sally and Melissa was absolutely wonderful. And Dr. Ramos was great as usual. He always goes out of his way to explain anything that I don't understand and to let me know everything that is going to be done before he actually does it. He also has his staff introduce them selves before the procedure started. George put me to sleep. Hi George was the first thing that I said when I woke up. The entire staff was great. I recommend the Ramos Center 100 percent.

Dr Ramos is very kind and pleasant. He also always hits the right spot.

All the Dr.s at the Ramos Center do everything they can to help manage my pain. Very attentive and Caring.

On of the most excellent and compassionate Dr’s I have ever had. He has bin my Dr. for more than 15 years and I hope he never retires, though he deserves it since he works all day 6 days a week... Thank you Dr. Ramos for helping me survive my pain through all my ups and downs for so many years. Else
