Dr. Kayali is a medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Sarasota and Manatee counties. He is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, hospice & palliative medicine, and internal medicine. Dr. Kayali received his medical degree from St. Petersburg I.P. Pavlov Medical State University in Russia. He completed residency training at St. Joseph Oakland Hospital and a hematology/oncology fellowship, serving as chief fellow, at the University of Louisville School of Medicine James Graham Brown Cancer Center. Dr. Kayali serves as a member of the multidisciplinary specialty team of the Jellison Cancer Institute at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and on the hospital’s blood committee.

Dr. Kayali is truly one of a kind. He is caring, thorough, listens to your concerns and questions, and just a genuinely nice human being. I would never go to anyone else for the issues I have had, and highly recommend him. His nurse practitioner is also great. Office staff is wonderful, and you typically do not wait long to be seen. Easy to talk to , and you will feel a genuine trust in him that is hard to find in a doctor. He will restore your faith in doctors and the medical field.
