Dr. Faisal Lalani, MD

Never made it to his office as they kept letting me “fall through the cracks”. Spent a little time on the phone with Lelani for which he charged me $162 which they made me pay upfront. And then he didn’t call! I had to call them to ask what happened and they got him to call me, finally. They never called me after the $162 “phone consultation” to set up an appointment for in office treatment. So unprofessional that I decided to find a more interested doctor. Which I easily did and am almost grateful they that they showed me the level of care that was likely to come. I hope they get the situation there straightened out.

He was recommended for the bad pain in my back. I waited a week for him to call. He evidently has to talk on the phone before granting an appointment. He said I would be called for an appointment. No one called!!! I have called the office 4 times and spoken to two different people about an appointment. No appointment was given and no one has called me back. If his receptionists are bad, it is his fault.

Exceptional care and I could even say it was fun!

Dr lalani is a very competent and respectful doctor. I felt very comfortable during my visit and was more than satisfied with his care.

Dr. Lalani is like none other. I have seen many pain doctors in the past. Dr. Lalani's bedside manner is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
