Dr. Farhat Ibrahim, MD

Dr. Ibrahim is not a good doctor. Her body language, tone of voice and choice of words speaks volumes about her character. She is very disrespectful and condescending to patients and not a good listener. She put in my record I am a hypochondriac. I asked for help dealing with pain/multiple symptoms and getting an updated MRI (last one was a couple years old and I have congenital spinal stenosis). She said I don't need an MRI. I asked her if I should ignore pain. She asked me sarcastically if I wanted surgery and I responded that I don't know, if she was an orthopedic specialist and said I needed a doctor to help properly diagnose/guide me. I decided to end our doctor-patient relationship that day and so glad I sought help elsewhere. What Dr. Ibrahim classified as hypochondria is actually cervical spondylytic myelopathy and, yes, I am getting spine surgery. Myelopathy is a spinal cord injury that can lead to long term/irreversable spinal cord/nerve damage, dysfunction, and… paralysis. So glad I didn't listen to her and advocated for myself. I know my body better than her.

was a patient for 15+ years. I used to love her but then started feeling like her motive was strictly money and not patient care. I asked for a referral to a cardiologist to review needs she prescribed. She denied my request. It turned out I didn't need a referral so I made an appointment. She found out and pulled the plug on me as a patient and cut me off from my medication. I had to file a complaint with the department of health.

I have been seeing Dr Ibrahim for at least 10 years and she is by far my favorite doctor. Her diligence, time spent with patients, willingness to listen and the ease of scheduling appointments make the practice a true pleasure. Dr Ibrahim is very smart and caring. A special physician for sure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ibrahim for many years now. She has always been understanding and caring in her treatment, and generous with her time. The staff in Dr. Ibrahim's office reflect her care and concern. I would highly recommend her!

I have been going to Dr. Ibrahim for 12 years, she is very caring, concerning and efficient. She follows up promptly with her tests and also when other doctors are involved. The wait in nominal. She now has my entire family as patients.

I have found Dr. Ibrahim to be a great, caring physician. Her staff is great. She is slways on time and I feel that she really listens. She has really helped me in dealing with my issues. I would absolutely recommend her! I have several friends that see her as well and we concur.

Having been a long term patient of hers I can tell you she no longer cares about her patients like she used to. She is cold, condescending and does not listen to her patients. I find her behavior unprofessional. She wants to see patients every 4 months but when you come in she asks why you're there. She is also very critical of people who are overweight. Stay away!

Dr Ibrahim is a passive aggressive. She does not even bother to make it appear like she cares about you. When she told me I was overweight, she called out after me STAY AWAY FROM THE DESSERTS! as I was exiting through the WAITING ROOM!!She answered her phone during a previous visit, and I could clearly hear her ( I assume) husband cursing her out. Thats the tip of the iceberg. DO NOT HAVE THIS PERSON AS YOUR DOCTOR!!!

Staff is not courtesy and unwilling to let you speak with the Doctor. Doctor is always interested in you coming in for appointments but little situations that need phone support you get no where
