Honestly I don’t recommend anyone to come to Dr. Iqbal office his staff is rude and unprofessional!

Follow up from my last review, where I was “blown off” 3 times for a telemedicine appointment and told My lab results would not be discussed unless I paid their office my remaining “deductible” ( which they had wrong) never mind I just had an in office appointment and paid my requested & required copay. After the 3 failed telemedicine appointments & being denied an explanation regarding my labs I chose to “fire” this Dr. Suddenly, after doing so, I receive a collections notice saying I owe Dr Farrukh nearly $100.00. This is a complete scam. I do not owe this office a single dime. It’s very obvious that because I & my insurance company called them out on their “you pay this or the Dr won’t go over your abnormal labs”. & their unprofessionalism, they decided to “create” a fake balance I “hadn’t paid,” less than a month after I fired them from my care, and sent that false balance directly to a local collection agency. Scam, scam scam.

This office is ran horribly. They have zero idea as to what they are doing & have no professionalism at all. The office manage “Sara” is just as rude and incompetent. Blew off THREE of my telemedicine appointments when I informed “Sara” of this she claimed I was called and rescheduled. LIAR. I had abnormal lab results, and they flat out REFUSED to discuss those results unless I paid an incorrect made up deductible amount, knowing I was on unemployment and could not even afford the CORRECT amount. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 25 years and this office is by far the WORST. Ya’ll need some classes on how to treat your patients, if you have any left. HIGHLY do not recommend this circus show.

I have been seeing Dr.Iqbal for thyroid disorder.I complained about shortness of breath.Her listened to my heart sounds & stated they sounded very distant and stated there could be fluid around my heart.Sure enough I had that & clot in my lung blood vessel from Lupus. timely act & referral to cardiologist saved my life.

Doctor Iqbal saved my life found my cancer 7 years ago and has been treating me ever since. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He no longer takes patients with my insurance but makes me an exception since I have to see him at least 5 times a year. Kind compassionate doctor.

If I could give a minus 10 stars to the worst ever I would with this guy!!! Went to see this guy on a follow up appointment. Was told by his assistant that I needed to have more blood work done, I was not aware of that. I told her that I had other test results I would like him to see and discuss, I sent her to him several times with this message, he would not see or speak to me. I find it deplorable that a doctor will refuse to talk to his patient when that patient has made it more than clear they have questions and I was there on a scheduled appointment. He did however have the time to take my $45.00 copay, shocker!!! I feel this doctor is in it for the insurance money and not to be a real doctor. The office is not so clean and his staff is not so friendly.

I was referred to Dr. Iqbal after my diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer. I had surgery and 2/3s of the gland was removed by Dr. Weingarten. Dr. Iqbal is doing my follow-up care and I couldn’t be happier. He is professional and caring. Good sense of humor. Answers my questions and comments on my concerns. I am very comfortable recommending him to all my family and friends.
