I had a through visit with Dr. Janjua and will have future visits. But I am compelled to write about her front office staff-especially Adriana. Her polite phone manners and going out of her way to call the insurance company to check for authorization made my overall experience excellent. She is a wonderful example of going out of your way to help someone who is stressed.

This office has been such a nightmare for my family and I. They have consistently proven to make mistakes and give very poor medical service. They have been terrible at making appointments, providing accurate prescriptions, correctly documenting their paperwork, and submitting requests for tests with insurances. I really don't know how this office is allowed to provide such bad service to their patients. It is harmful!

Dr. Janjua was a very efficient and attentive doctor! She listens to all of my concerns, answered my questions, never rushed me and she really took her time in examining me. After suffering for almost a year, it only took 1 visit to her and my primary concern was being addressed accordingly! Finally, I can now sleep through the night and wake up refreshed, rested and headache free! Thank you Dr. Janjua for listening and freeing me from months of pain and confusion! The staff and her medical assistant were efficient and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.

I’ve seen her twice... 3 years ago and again today to get another update on my condition. Both times I found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She answered my questions and never made me feel rushed. I felt confident with her expertise and now am more at ease with moving forward with surgery. I received an appointment within a reasonable period. I found the office staff very pleasant both on the phone and in the office. I filled out a couple of forms and was called into inner office before finishing...no lengthy wait time at all.

I have seen her twice. Impressed with her knowledge and ability. She did not rush me and took all my questions and discussed my issues thoroughly. I am seeing her again and would highly recommend her.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS DR. OFFICE COULD NEVER GET IN TO SEE DR IT TOOK 5 WEEKS. THEN I WENT A SECOND TIME HAD AN APPT. AND DR. WAS NOT IN AND I WAS IN SEVERE PAIN AND THE STAFF DID NOTHING IM GOING TO CALL MY PRIMARY DR TO SEE ANOTHER FACILITY ALSO KEEP CALLING FOR DR TO CHANGE MY MEDICINE AND HER STAFF OFFICE WOULD NEVER GET BACK TO ME AFTER PROMISING ME BY THE END OF DAY THEY WILL CONTACT ME. NEVER HAPPENED. WHEN PATIENCE ARE IN PAIN THEY DO NOT NEED TO GO THRU THIS.
