Dr. Fayez Kotob, MD

Dr. Kotob gave me relief when I was beginning to think I would live with excruciating pain forever. I’m 83 and exceptionally active, so the thought of living the rest of my life in that kind of pain was frightening. He listens, does appropriate testing, formulates a treatment plan, and re-evaluated it along the way. I’ve also sent my neighbor to him and she is very encouraged after her first visit. just now this man is a joke & he is very rude. every months he wants to do injections & when you can't make it to the appt HE really calls yelling at you. ( i called tuesday to cancel appts & he called me Saturday yelling)& he drop you as a patient, mind you i have gotten a shot just about every month this year. but this month he had 4 appts set up for me to go to. kind of hard when you dont live close & driving so far hurts your back. also not once have he order a mri especially when i told him the pain have gotten worse or especially after my car accident. so i told him i was going to talk to my regular dr about get one done & he told me ok. but today when he called me really yelling at me, it was all of Sudden a problem that my dr ordered one. all he wants to do is give injections for the money. then lie to you saying he's not getting paid for the injections. but when i told him i would call the insurance company myself to see why he's not getting paid for them he didnt want me… to. well i did call & he always got paid.

Horrible bed side manner!!! Would never recommend him to anyone

I love dr.kotob he is very good to me and I will always stay with him he takes care of you as long as you tell him what you need and you are truthful and you are not playing games his staff is very nice and always good to me I never have had anything bad to say.

I love this guy! He knows his stuff. I have tried injections before and the other doctors hurt me, but this man just smooth it in and it works!
