DR. FEDERICO ROMAN NG IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN WITH THE POSITIVE KNOWLEDGE AND THE CARE HIS PATIENTS RECEIVE. ONE MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY WHO IS AUTISTIC HAS ALWAYS RECEIVED THE SPECIAL CARE AND UNDERSTANDING A SPECIAL NEEDS PATIENT DESERVES. THE NURSE, THE RECEPTIONIST, AND ALL HIS STAFF ARE THE BEST EDUCATED ON PATIENT CARE AND UNDERSTANDING. DR. NG IS AN EXTRAORDINAIRE PHYSICIAN WHO CAN NEVER BE REPLACED.

Very short in his interactions with me. I find that surprising for a Dr that treats kids. I would not recommend him to anyone

Seems rude in his interaction with me. For a doctor that treats kids, I find that surprising. I would not be recommending him to anyone.

I recently went to visit Dr. Ng for the first time and the first visit went well enough. I advised that I have a condition where I cannot swallow large pills and my throat closes up. He advised that he would order 2 prescriptions both of which would be very small pills. When I got my prescriptions both were very large pills. I went back the next day and was feeling ill. I just wanted two minutes of his time to advise what was given to me and if he would please prescribe the liquid versions (I was told by pharmacist both were available in liquid form). I waited for over 2 hours and had to tell the front desk that I just needed 2 minutes of his time between clients. He did come out and it took less than 2 minutes and he gave me a resolution to the problem. I thought, great! I get an ominous text from Dr. Ng himself at night saying he needed me to come in the next day's clinic. That scared the heck out of me. Why so urgent? What's wrong? I was extremely worried as one might… expect and he said not to be it was just a lab review and I asked what time and he gave me clinic hours (730-1200) and I asked if 730 would be okay to which he replied sure. I show up before 730 to find other patients waiting, which was fine. Then after half an hour, I see people who came in after me get called back. I asked the front desk person why I was being skipped just to be told there are no walk-ins today. I advised her that Dr. Ng texted me the night before and asked me to come in and approved the time, she simply looked at me said she doesn't normally work the front desk and I would have to wait until ALL the appointments were seen and they had a training session today as well. I asked how long would it be because I was already late for work based on the premise that I would get my lab results and be on my way. She just shrugged and said she did not know. I re-emphasized that Dr. Ng asked me to come in and again another shrug with a sheepish grin. I sat for a minute and then decided to leave. Dr. Ng himself is very knowledgeable however, I will not be treated so disparagingly by someone I am paying to see. I texted his cell that I was leaving and that I would find another doctor. I do not like how his office practices. I don't recommend anyone seeing this doctor or his office. I do not like being treated like cattle and made to feel like I don't matter as a patient or a human being. If you do, then this is the perfect place for you.

This doctors follow up card is the worst I’ve ever seen! His staff gave me a 11:30 spot bug when I got NO one was there. I texted his cell and he texted back that they were at lunch. No sorry or anything. Today I called to see if he would see me as a walk in. His staff said yes but when I got there I was told he wouldn’t see me until after lunch. I drive an hour for that! He has sent me to lab for tests and forgot to send over the order. ??

I could trust this dr with all my heart and soul he listen to what are u saying to him Respect very good Listener

This man does not know how to treat/diagnosis children, he thinks just giving any kind of antibiotics is the cure to everything. He gave my grandson Acyclovir for a sinus infection he claimed he had, that same night my grandson went to Childrens Methodist, No Sinus Infection, ER Doc was even wondering why he was given Acyclovir. Do not trust him with your kids.

I would not recommend Dr. Ng to anyone that I know. Reading previous comments it seems as though the wait time has been an issue for several years. Dr. Ng is aware of this, but yet does not value his patient's time, and allows his unprofessional "ghetto" staff to triple book. His staff is very rude, and never answers the phone. The Dr. Is okay, but unless you have all day to see him, and you don't mind the staff talking down to you then I suggest finding a different Dr.

The worse experience ever! Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone ever!!!

I've suffering from ADHD and a few other conditions for more than 40 years. As a result I had contemplated suicide multiple times and successfully completed the task once, though a family member brought me back. It was at their request I go see this Dr. So I did. He told me he could cure my major conditions in 5 days. I cried and said prove it. I'd been like this for more than 40 years. He was wrong, he cured me in 2 days. Now I still had some bad habits but I have to retrain my brain to respond differently but my family is happier, I'm happier and I can actually keep a job for the first time in my life. This is a Dr who truly cares about treating his patients. Not collecting a paycheck!!! Thank you Dr Ng. I thank the Lord for your devotion & love.
