I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Tillman. Besides her great education and training, she is patient, thoughtful, thorough, and most importantly calming. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Tillman always made me feel like we were a team making decisions together. She never pushed anything and always listened to my concerns. I gave birth during the onset of the COVID pandemic and Dr. Tillman’s warm demeanor and excellent bedside manor made the entire process feel serene. I would highly recommend Dr. Tillman.

Dr. Tillman is the worst and most indifferent doctor I have ever worked with. I have never written a review and only write this to spare other people the pain of working with her. She did not care about me, my health, or my 3 miscarriages at all. When I asked her questions she seemed annoyed. She spent time deleting her emails while I was having an office visit with her. I feel I did not get even a little bit of medical support from her. The nurses in her office are rude, uninformed, and unavailable. Please do not work with her.

My favorite Dr any time, any day

Dr. Tillman is wonderful. I felt like she took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed each one. I have a Factor VII deficiency and Dr. Tillman made sure to get me in touch with a specialist, that she then worked with, to get me through surgery without any issues. I had no bleeding at all between Dr. Tillman and Dr. Juturi. I wish I had met her much earlier and will continue to go to her from now on. I just can't say enough about her skills and her bed side manner!

Dr Tillman has been my doctor for almost 10 years. I think she is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manner and highly skilled. I think her office is poorly run though. On two separate occasions, I have waited over an hour in the exam room with no one coming in to update me or to see if I need to reschedule. I had to dress and leave the room to go out and ask what was going on. I was treated with indifference and told the doctor was in either delivery or surgery. That is fine and I understand, but why wouldn't someone come tell me that OR bring me back to the exam room??? If this hadn't happen so many times, I would definitely stay with the practice, but I am leaving. I feel like my time is not valued there at all by the nurses or office staff. There is no reason why a patient should sit in an exam room more than 15 minutes without some sort of update even if it is "We are still waiting, are you ok? do you need anything? do you need to reschedule?" The office staff was… indifferent and treated my comment like I was being unreasonable. Again, I'll asked for was to be informed and have my time considered. I was in the exam room was for 75 minutes before I walked out.

Dr. Tillman is the most caring and compassionate doctor I've even known. She is personable, professional, and just plain wonderful. She helped me through all 3 of my pregnancies, and I would recommend her (and have!) to anyone. She is a class act!
