We had heard a lot about Dr Basilio and took our child there. It took 4 days to get an appointment for our sick child and then the doctor spent 3 minutes with us, called it 'viral' and she left. What a joke. Please do not take your children to this doctor- she is overrated and snooty.

Although Dr. Basilio is a good pediatrician, since her move to her present address, a lot of things have changed. It is very hard to talk to her or make an appt especially if your child is sick. If your child is sick, the staff still wants you to make an appt regardless of how sick the child is and how early you call in the day. Often times there next available appt may be days away. The staff rarely gives Dr. Basilio her messages because they feel that they are qualified to answer any questions you may have concerning your child.

Dr. Iris and Dr. B are both excellent! They always take the time to explain details, check for everything and really address my concerns! I love these two ladies, I have used them for 10 years since my 1st child was born!
