Exelente doctor muy profesional me gusta mucho su seguridad y su forma de hablar con los pacientes llevo mi embarazo de alto riesgo de placenta previa y vejiga todo salió bie. Junto con su equipo de trabajo gracias a dios mi bebé está bien esta sano y yo sigo recuperandome Muchas gracias doctor por todo ????

I use to see Dr. Otero at another practice in Edinburg and he always took the time to answer questions and concerns. Last time I saw him he was very short and cut into my arm immediately after the the numbing injection not allowing it time to take effect. It was extremely painful and bled through my bandages, blouse and sweater. He doesn't seem to have time to give his patience adequate care anymore at his new practice.

He is great with patients, he takes the time and he has patience. Has taken Care of my first baby which was a c-section. My second baby it was normal labor. He is a very wise man, may God Bless him. I'm very gratefull!

I have not had any issue with Dr. Otero or his staff. The only problem is waiting 3-5 hours. While I appreciate that he takes time if needed they need to schedule less patients. Having to take at least 1/2 day off work for a annual check is excessive.

Dr. Otero is a Doctor that lost his true purpose, instead of looking out for the best interest of the patient, he looks out for the best of his pocket. Willing to risk the mom and babies for the sake of profit. Sad reality we live to witness, preying on the weak and less medically educated people. Shame on you Dr. Otero, representing such a noble proficient with material driven intentions. How do you sleep at night, having such a guilty conscious? Life is short to life choosing the money over everything else :(

Like others said the doctor has many patients but I never feel like he was rushed o didn't pay attention, is not very talkative but he does listen to your questions with patience as a first time mom I had a lot of those and he always explain everything carefully, they have a lab on site which is very convenient and he did an ultrasound almost every visit so I had plenty of pics of my baby, he did attend my delivery but still was busy with another 3 CS but I still had no problems with him at all...

I had been seen by several other doctors in the same office and had been diagnosed wrong. He took care of the problem very quickly. Dr Otero was very business- like and very professional. The only problem I encountered is the amount of time you have to wait.

When I delivered my son I needed to follow up on my birth control back up, so I decided to get the IUD. Dr Otero perforated my uterus I got out of the office with extreme pain "I tought it was normal until i notice pains that were intolerable" went to my Family Dr and decided to take me an x ray and found out that I had the IUD on the left bottom side of my rib. The doctor was all worried got to the hospital for emergency surgery got it removed thank god nothing went worse. My second pregnancy I delivered my daughter and after i got released to go home i went to the restroom and saw that something like skin umilical like was coming out thank god i brought gloves from the hospital I called dr otero told him what was going on he was all like its just a cloth,come monday. Once i remained an hour or so in the restroom my body just expulse it and it was another placenta. Took picture and showed it to dr and didnt put any attention until another associate that no longer works there told me… it was another baby but was not form, Now my question is How come they didnt see this since the begining.
