Dr. Florence Elizabeth Davis, MD

I was having a terrible time with medications I was prescribe in the past. I read online that Dr.Davis did genetic testing that was helpful for anyone who has trouble finding the medication that works the best for them. It really changed my life seeing Dr.Davis and getting the genetic test done. I am more motivated now and feel happy again.

My son was having a hard time with medicines and nothing seem to be working. I found out about Dr.Davis and I was able to get an appointment for my son on short notice. She has great knowledge about medicines and spends a good quality time with patients. My son is doing well in school and has felt better about himself. As a mother, it begins me great joy to see my son happy and enjoying life again. I would highly recommend Dr.Davis. She is worth the two hour drive.

I had moved to Clemmons a couple of years ago and I was looking for a female psychiatrist in the area. My friend told me about Dr.Davis and how shes been in psychiatric for over 30 years. I called the office and they was able to get me within less than a month. I was impressed with Dr.Davis knowledge about medicines. Dr.Davis takes her time and doesn't pressure patients to take anything they're not comforable with.

Low wait time. friendly reception. Didn't even feel like I was at the doctor. They used advanced genetic information to fine tune my medications for the best Iv ever been in my life. Might have not made it without her.

I've been coming to this doctor's office for nearly 2 years and have yet to feel as though my symptoms are under control. Called the office to express this concern recently, only a week after having last seen Dr. Davis, and not making any adjustments to my medication. I was told by office staff they would get right back to me after they spoke to Dr.Davis. I never received a call back. After a couple of days I called again and left a message explaining that my symptoms were not improved and were getting worse and asking for a call back... however, that never happened. I think this demonstrates extreme carelessness, considering the type of work Dr. Davis does and the sensitive needs of her clientele. I would NEVER recommend this doctor, nor any other at that office, due to the front desk staff's utter lack of caring or professionalism.

She sets the bar impossibly high, Every time! She is the most knowledgeable, accepting, encouraging doctor i have ever met! Her knowledge base is extensive, encompassing vast aspects of patient health (I would call it encyclopedic), and she is extremely thorough. She takes time to assess, and never makes a person feel rushed. Dr. Davis is truly exceptional in many ways, from her vast areas of expertise, to her pleasant, encouraging demeanor, to her determination and commitment to follow through, she embodies what medicine is supposed to be and rarely is! Her staff is friendly and helpful, and wait time is seldom even 10 minutes. Medicine like this office demonstrates is "few and very far between", actually restoring my view of doctors in general! I wish there were more doctors like her, because finding her was like finding the Hope Diamond -- she's a gem!
