Asked me out during my first visit...

After seeing this "doctor" I felt like I was the psychiatrist talking to a very disturbed patient. No idea how this man is employed but judging from his reviews online he won't be for long! Glad other feel the same way about this crazy person.

Gave my elderly father access to Highly addictive meds and did not keep check on him. The notes written in my fathers permanent record were backwards and incomplete.

Love him, he has common sense. He sees my husband, and I go in with him.

I would see Dr. Cotoman again to tell him in person my feelings toward him and the experience I had if he didn't have my cc on file. I would call him and tell him of he wouldn't charge me for telephone conversations. He charged me $100 before I ever saw him and then charged $200 for the session...90mins for $300 total. I spent the 90mins filling out paperwork that I could have filled out prior to my visit and once the paperwork was complete the time was up. Said if I wanted to keep talking it would be more money charged the card he put on file. He is arrogant and rude. Don't know what a Romanian degree gets you but I guess he came to USA to take advantage of our terrible system. Would never recommend him and will NEVER return...Awful experience
