TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After telling me they removed a tonsil stone, I went home and saw it was still there. I called the Dr to make another appointment. When I arrived I was told I had to pay the $45 copay AGAIN. I refused to pay this as I already paid for a service that was fixed. The front desk gal said rudely that she refused to check me in until I paid the $45 copay AGAIN. I asked to get the Dr involved thinking surely he would right the wrong, but I was incorrect! 2 trips to their office and $45 later, I still have a tonsil stone. SO MUCH FOR INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR!!

I can't say enough or express how pleased I am with my results after Dr. Albritton operated & fixed all my issues. He is truly a giant in his field. Thank You! I was a skeptic after several attempts to fix my sinus over 20 years ago, but you proved me wrong & all the stress was for nothing. You da man!

Provided basic information but failed to provide the information in a manner the patient would understand and follow. For older patients you need basic, direct and clear instructions with step by step procedures. You need to ask questions and expect the worst and tell them how to handle that. When a patient calls with a bleed out your response should not be we can see you a week from today - esp when you have been in the emergency room previously with the same issue. Patient care and responsiveness is HORRIBLE. Don't see the elderly if you cannot properly care for them and provide quality service to them. They need more attention and respect.

Very unprofessional. Books at least 4 patients at a time, and you wait and wait and wait.

Dr Albritton was easy to talk to, helped me understand my sinuses ( I had had a 2 surgeries before ) and he tried to treat me with medicines before telling me I needed ANOTHER surgery. I was calmed by his descriptions of his differences in the 3rd surgery. It was MUCH easier to recover from and I have felt much better.He listened to me. He also tried to treat me with medicines and did not rush me into doing surgery. I had seen another doctor before him that tried to push me to surgery immediately. It was reassuring that Dr Albritton tried took time to hear my story and what I was feeling before giving me a diagnosis. I appreciated his patience and time to treat me looking for a cause and not just covering up symptoms too.I highly recommend his office. His staff is very caring too. Traci and Rhonda are great.
