Dr. Francesca Marie Lane, DO

You are extremely incompetent, I have proof of your inept decisions on my face. Your missed diagnosis has caused me to lose a major portion of my nose. You are incredibly ignorant for a so called Dr. I could have dealt with this under your care 7 years ago with little or no effect. It simply didn't happen.

Dr Lane has been my wife and myselfs doctor for many years, she is very thorough and extremely helpful.

The doctor has responded poorly to emails and the responses are difficult to understand. Very brash and not empathetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Have been a patient of Dr. Lane for several years. She is very easy to talk with, listens, she asks questions and really cares about my health & wellness needs. Even though I don't have any illnesses, I did have a recent injury and she diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon for a 2nd option. She was spot-on and I healed in a couple of months. I've had many doctors over the years, but Dr. Lane is within the top two!

I have been a patient of Dr Lane for several years . She is very down to earth and very easy to talk to, I am comfortable discussing my health problems with her, she listens and offers different ways to get back to my old self.

I found her to be very tardy and not to present any apology. She tended to be through. However, upon checking her documents on our meeting her records disclosed some neglegence and inaccuracies. Kaiser is required to make all visits available to any patients, by law, at their request. I suggest obtaining them via cd's. Should you find discrepancies you may elect to contest them. Perhaps, the reason she is not always available is due, in part, because she speaks fluent and disernable English and was educated in the US. Many of the GP's in the US display inadequate English use and are unaware of it. Basically because they obtained their skills in their native countries which tend to be other than English speaking. We often feel since they are difficult to understand that they can not understand us. There may be some validity in this thinking. One of her diagnosis of me was recently reversed by another gp at Kaiser.

Have been Dr. Lane's patient for three years. Very knowledgeable and caring. Had a small problem with blood results and she described the results with me and put my mind at ease. Not afraid to speak the truth when needed, but does it in a mild manner. In regards to another reviewer (2011 post), must not have had a good experience or is a mean person. I would recommend Dr. Lane to other family members, but her Kaiser practice is full at the present time - must be popular.
