Excellent provider. Received referral from a close friend and went in with a sense of trust in this providers skill. Very compassionate- listened to my concerns and questions. Had a “ no rush feeling” with appointment which was a huge satisfying experience. Entire practice professional and caring. I’m going into surgery with a clear idea of what to expect thanks to this provider.

Needs to listen and have more compassion to patients. Without us wouldn't have job. Hopefully mercy looks at the negative reviews.

I had my hip replaced by Dr. Florez in 2011. I recovered quickly and have never experienced a problem with the hip. He gives excellent care.

Dr Florez replaced my right hip and left shoulder, I was very pleased with both surgeries. He was very caring and answered all my questions.

Dr. Flores, his staff and PAs are knowledgable and courteous. They take as much time as needed and explain everything in detail. Dr. Flores was very caring and sensetive to my apprehensions and fears. Very caring.

Very impressed with the staff and office. Dr. Florez went out of his way to make sure I received the proper care. He switched me from a partial knee to a total knee and when he explained why, I switched. He didn't have to do that. But he was looking at the future for me and I really am thankfull

Dr. Florez may be a good surgeon, but he fails as a doctor/human being. He has no compassion or listening skills. He enters the exam room with preconceived ideas and doesn't care. If you mention any post-operative minor issues, he dismisses them in is arrogance.
