Having come from the Baptist Health system, what really sets Dr. Francisco apart from my previous experiences is how incredibly thorough his team is. Along with their warm and friendly attitude and their genuine effort to make you feel like a person, not just a patient or a dollar sign, it really captures the kind of care practitioners used to provide. All personel was very friendly from the moment I entered the office. The girl at the reception was very kind, friendly and professional. Then I met Mimi and she was amazing in her manners; very professional and educated. She explained everyting that she was doing, making me feel confortable and at ease. Later I met Dr. Adriel Perez who really showed me his knowledge and also made me feel secure about his recommendations and next steps. CONGRATULATIONS to the entire team! I have been looking for quite a long time for a new doctor and I feel I have finally found it.
