Dr. Frank John Catalfumo, MD

I went 7 years ago and had a face lift in the Palm beach Life Style lift and I was very very happy with the out come. It's been 7 years and it still looks pretty good. I read the reviews couldn't believe the bad rating he has.

Had Lifestyle Lift by him in 2009 which was a God-awful experience in every way. He severed a saliva gland behind my ear which lasted 5-6 weeks of constant dripping before it closed by itself. He was in total denial of this the first several weeks. He lied outright on more than one occasion about this. He did a terrible job on my chin area which has just been corrected by a wonderful plastic surgeon who was horrified when he saw what Dr. Cat had done to me.

DO NOT LET THIS DOCTOR TOUCH YOUR FACE OR EYES!!! I had beautiful eyes but my upper lids had become very heavy covering up their beauty. This Doctor cut my pretty oval shaped eyes which are now round and my lids do not close. His work is AWFUL!!! When I confronted his staff and he himself about this I was told that he could not change the shape of my eyes. What an absurd statement. Look at the terrible transformation that was done on Kenny Rogers eyes. He ruined my eyes. Worst of all, I have been told that his bad work can not be fixed due to eye muscle damage that was created by him. I am sooo sorry that I ever let him touch my eyes. Please Please save yourself and go somewhere else. I personally think ANYWHERE ELSE would be better than the work de did!!!

6 years ago, I had a lower "Lifestyle Lift" performed by Frank J Catalfumo, MD . It was never good, however, it is now getting worse by the day. Skin is starting to sag between the lumps & bumps on my chin, thick scars are still numb, behind my ears. However, the worst visible deformity are my "pixie ears". They are now pulling further down the sides of my face, due to the sagging of my jawline, impairing my ability to turn my head without pulling & pain. The repair is going to cost me $9,200; hopefully, I will look "normal", once again.

I had my proceedure almost a year ago. I went to another plastic surgeon to see if it can be fixed. There is a huge scar on my neck, and I have jowles I didn't have before the proceedure. It is going to cost $5500 to correct. I contacted lifestyle lift and they offered $1000 or they would redo the proceedure. I wouldn't live through another horror show at Lifestyle lift. I have contacted attorneys who say they wouldn't get enough money if they sue. I am reporting Dr. Catalfumo and lifestyle lift to the board of health. He is not a board certified plastic surgeon although he says he is in writing.

He presents himself as a board certified plastic surgeon. He is not. I had to pay another plastic surgeon to correct the mess he made with my chin if it can be corrected. He made a cut where no plastic surgeon would have cut.

Very shoddy work. left unsightly scars. Sewed ear to my check, then cut with laser knife and no stitching, left large scar. Had revision by Board Certified plastic surgeon to repair. Dr. Catalfumo acted bored and irritated by my concerns. Every time I went to his office, someone else was there to be "Fixed" from the bad workmanship.Dr. Grimaldi and Dr Catalfumo...stay away from them. go to a Board Certified plastic surgean. Spend the extra $... it will be worth it. I still have pain after 9 months. Ellen Trout
