Dr. Frank Fraioli, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Fraioli for over 20 years. He is a very compassionate doctor and he has a real good "bedside manner." I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP doctor. I never give 5 stars to anything. I guess there is always room for improvement in everything.

My original PCP left the practice and the office did not notify me, so from my understanding I now have a new PCP whom I’ve never met. However, Dr. Frank Fraioli is overseeing my file while my PCP was on vacation. I’ve never met any of these newer doctors. Dr. Fraioli has declined many of my medications 8 as of right now, unless there was a reason for it; one of them being Xanax. He had forced me come in for lab work in order to get my medications to have up-to-date information on me. I found out it was not a urinalysis but a drug test. I tested negative for Xanax and other areas of the test were negative. I am terminally ill and in my 30’s. I take 22 medications, that paperwork should have lit up like a Christmas tree. I have had issues with this office for a long time and dealt with the discrenpencies. My fault? Perhaps. But finding a new doctor being sick is difficult. I have been labeled a drug addict in that office and it was implied that I must be “disposing” the medication to… benefit me, aka a drug dealer. Benzodiazepines do not always show up on a drug test for one, and two, if standard drug testing is require for such medications, they should have told me 10 years ago instead of informing me after the fact. So now I have to stop cold turkey on this medication and become real sick because of this man who isn’t even my doctor. This is the most current situation I am dealing with him. I will not explain the rest. But this man, would not see me face to face, I asked twice to speak with him. I was forced to speak with the office manager instead, who would not explain the drug test results to me.

Unless your ails are simplistic in nature, seek help elsewhere! Mr. Fraioli (who doesn't deserve the title of Dr. in my eyes) is only concerned about being able to write you a script to fatten his pockets rather then focus on his patients needs. His staff is rude and under trained and has continued to drop the ball with follow ups, referrals, etc.. Once I went above and beyond with a 2nd opinion and was asked if Mr. Fraioli knew how to read a lab slip as the results were quite evident. Yet, he could find nothing wrong. Go figure! In closing, your care with Mr. Fraioli is contingent upon two (2) things... 1. What "mood" he's in when you see him 2. Most importantly, what insurance you have! If you have any expectations with finding help/relief with this guy? Unless your just looking to fill a script, you may well be better off playing the lottery!

None caring doctor its all about the $$$$$ nothing else with him

Depends on volume of people in the office as to wether he can spend time. Girls at front desk need more training. Jonathan needs to listen to patients. Sorry but i lived with pain for a year and one half before a correct diagnosis was given by another individual. I still see the Dr. but i will get another opinion if i feel it is necessary.

Dr. Fraioli is the best Doctor in RI. I have been his patent for approx 20 yrs now. I have tried other doctors do to my moving to other locations and I always come back. He is worth the drive.

Dr Fraioli was my doctor for years.I moved 30 miles away.After a few visits with the new doctor I chose I realized it is worth the drive to see him. I am now a patient of Dr. Fraioli and very happy to be back with him.

i have been to alot of doctors and he is the most caring doctor talk to you dont rush you out of the office ..answers all questions..he just a wonderful doctor

Dr Fraioli is caring,don't over charge you,treats you like a person,not a dollar sign.We need more doctors like him.Bless Him.
