Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin of Coastal Spine and pain is awesome DOC, did fantastic job during and after SCS Trial period, his staff is great, very helpful, friendly, caring, phone call away, keeps me informed throughout the whole ordeal of getting approved for SCS Trial to procedure, before and after procedure, appointments etc. Patty is an Angel, the BEST, ready to answer anytime, phone call away, very organized, keeps me informed, she makes all the arrangements, very good planner, Patty knows her job well, goes extra mile to answer questions or help me any way she can, Thanks a million for everything. Crystal, Doctor Irwin assistant (PA), Steve (Boston Scientific Representative) and Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin are a fantastic Team. They made sure my SCS Trial procedure goes well, kept me informed of whats going on, every steps. Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin prescribed Antibiotic medicine for me to prevent any infection; it also helped me with my chronic cough. I feel better overall.

Best doctor I've ever had!

I went to Dr. Irwin in Jacksonville, FL and he has been nothing but the best for me! He has helped me significantly and I am extremely thankful that I found him!

Dr Irwin is helpful but not very sympathetic to his patient's symptoms of pain, although this is his specialty. It seems that he wants to help his patients, yet he's more concerned with the guidelines of the medical group for which he's working. Although, he has made it clear that his patient's disease and pain are very severe, real and serious, you can tell he 's limited as to how much he's willing to help because he is more concerned with pleasing his employer over his patients. It has been a struggle being a patient of his because I feel he wants to help but is only willing to do so much. It's not easy finding a pain doctor for chronic pain and I am glad to have this opportunity to voice my opinion. Maybe these kinds of sites will make doctors think twice before they dismiss their patient's medical issues.
