Appointment was set in November with a referral and X-ray regarding a large fibroid in the uterus. I went to the office to fill out all paperwork prior to the appointment. Received a phone call few days before the appointment stating that it needed to be rescheduled With no other options I accepted the new appointment date. The day of my appointment neither the nurse or doctor had any idea what I was in for, they had no x-ray or referral in hand that I had provided the day I filled in my paperwork The doctor refused to do STI screening as I requested stating he didn't have time. During the short visit he received a phone call that he answered and put on speaker phone, a nurse was telling him a patient (full name) was 2 centimeters dilated. After that he was very dismissive and ready to go and even said that if the baby fell to the ground it would be my fault for holding him back. I left the office after waiting nearly 3 months to be seen in the same condition I was when I scheduled… the appointment, in pain and with a unresolved simple issues. Needless to say I will not return to that office and I will leave a negative review on every single platform available.

I had a D and C procedure. Everything was perfect, I felt safe and taken care of.

Great experience & informative

I made a complaint on the nurse who saw me. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn't want to listen to me and just kept trying to talk over me. She got an attitude because I wanted to speak with dr Williams and rolled her eyes snapped her neck and yanked the door open to get him. Me and my scared 3yr old left immediately and will never return to his office again!

It was a pleasant visit.

Dr.fred delivered two of my children and god willing my third. He is so professional, kind, and respectful.
