Terrible bed side manner. Unknowledgeable. Doesn't listen to me as a patient. Doesn't explain anything. Is rude and highly unprofessional. He makes quick accusations that are uncalled for and doesn't understand that someone just can't get up and move. As first he gives you the impression that he cares but honestly all he is interested in is making money and it is always such a rushed visit you don't have time to really sit down with the provider and get your questions answered so you have to keep asking the MA to bring the doctor back in so that you can get your questions answered. He is over booked and the waiting room is always full. My first visit, I waited over an hour to see him and no one told me your next or how long it will be so you just have to wait and oh, the chairs are so uncomfortable and the place is just a typical doctor office with no care for the patient just the amount of money that they are making. I would never recommend him or his practice to anyone.

Dr. Herman’s extensive medical knowledge includes much more than being an allergist as he is versed in many medical conditions. He is genuinely interested in his patient’s well being; professionalism and compassion at it’s finest, yet very humble.

Finally a Doctor who cares about his patients. I am very pleased on his care

So sad that his Office staff does not match up to his Standards as a Doctor. Sometimes I even wonder if he really knows just how much turmoil, frustration, things that do not get done in a timely manner or at all, all the passing of the buck that goes on.....actually giving a name of who was suppose to take care of what. Now, I do know how NICE Dr Herman is.....so I can only imagine how forgiving a person......but Dr Herman ? I won der how many people give up after weeks of waiting for staff to send in a Referral, or return a phone call, or being left on hold for 30 minutes, or excuse after excuse, or can"t get your insurance correct....how sad because truly.....he's one of the most knowledgeable, loving and caring Doctors I have ever seen. I mean.....this Doctor really will care about you and listen to you.....RARE THESE DAYS. Love Dr. Herman....hope you can get things straightened out with staff members.....especially one's that seem to feel so over-worked or "wonderful" beyond… words.....a little humbleness goes a long way

BEST allergist in Las Vegas. His goal is to have me on as less medications as possible. Other allergists in this city can't wait to prescribe. Dr. Herman FIXES the problem.

Dr. Herman saved my life. I was misdiagnosed with "bad allergies" for 2 years. One appointment with Dr. Herman and he found heavy staph growth and pseudomonas growing in my lungs.

I went to Dr. Herman after been treated by 6 other doctors, including ER. I have a hellish coughing that I have never had before in my life. It did not let me sleep, breath when I have a coughing attack (very frequently), sometimes it did not allow me to eat, and lately, I started chocking so bad (after 5 weeks), that I stared been afraid to suffer a respiratory arrest or even damage my trachea because of the violence of this coughing. Any of those doctor were able to give me an accurate diagnostic of my health problem. They gave any kind of medicines: Anti- allergic medicine, cough syrups, inhalers, steroids, antibiotics, nebulization, etc... All these doctors gave me a wrong diagnosis and treatments also: some say "it is Bronchitis", others "Allergies", "asthma", "Sinusitis" (Emergency Room), "rhinitis". They have also ordered chest x-rays (2) and a cat scan without any result, everything was "normal". Then, I went to Dr. Herman, who immediately ordered several lab tests and… could make an accurate diagnosis of what I had: Pneumonia. I can't understand why if I was almost 8 hours in an EM and they were unable to order any blood test. A simple blood test could put in evidence the illnesses I had. This condition could lead me to death, not only because it was not properly treated, but I was receiving wrong medicine that made my pneumonia WORST. Dr. Herman when had the results immediately called me to go right away to his office and he ordered the right treatment I needed. The professional and promptly diagnosis of Dr. Herman made possible my recovery (that was slow), but right. Dr. Herman is one of the very best doctors I had met in my life. Thank you Dr. Herman and his professional team.

This doctor comes off with a great bedside manner. However it quickly recognized that his priority is to run several tests to gain money from your insurance company. He diagnoses patients with asthma and he doesn't even have a pulmonary function test. He tells you to breathe in a blowout quickly as if that is a form of clinical testing used to diagnose asthma. Please!!!! I asked for a Pulmonary Function Test and he placed a pulse ox on my finger. He then asked if I wanted to start allergy shots and stated that the duration is two months with shots given once a week. I did my research and the duration of allergy shot therapy is 3-5 years. Oh and on my first visit he asked what was the amount of my insurance deductible

The assistant is very difficult to deal with most of the time. He guesses why you're there and out of the5 visits, he's been wrong 4 times; wants to do tests that were already performed and doubts me and has to check the chart (which should have already been done) and tells me I'm right. Both the doctor & assistant don't really want to hear what the patient has to say - they feel everyone is allergic and will continue testing until you have a slight reaction to the final test & then want you to go on 1 1/2 yrs worth of allergy shots and the reaction was a low moderate. I will give them one more visit and if I still feel the same, I'm done.
