Words are not enough to rate Dr. Lykes. I have gone to him for more years than I can remember as I have a problem skin. He is not only a caring person but a friend as well. I have always admired he and his complete staff dressing and presenting a very professional appearance. He is by far the best dermatologist I have ever gone to and I can't imagine him retiring and not being around for all his faithful patients. He is also the most knowledgeable dermatologist in and around Victoria, TX. Years ago when insurance forced you to go to a certain doctor, I was forced to go out of town to another dermatologist. I went twice and then I learned I could go to Dr. Lykes once again. The place on my lip that had been been treated twice was still visable.Dr. Lykes took one look at me and said, we need to do a biopsy of this place on your lip. This happened the moment he walked into the room. Had he not had the wisdom, I would not be alive today. It was a fast growing type of skin cancer and I… had to have 10% of my lower lip removed. praise God for this man's expertise in his field.
