Front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Had dual appointment with genetic counselor and Dr and everyone went out of their way to make that happen and even see me before the scheduled appointment times. Despite the scary reason for the visit it was a very good and reassuring experience and I greatly appreciate the care and felt heard.
