Completely lacking in empathy. She was sarcastic and belittling. She made a few gender stereotypes I didn't appreciate

She seemed to think my history of trauma was perhaos a false memory or that I was overreacting to history of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Freud would have loved her.

She is of the opinion that my history of sexual abuse/ domestic violence was a false memory despite clear documentation to the contrary.

I have seen Dr. Hobday off and on for approximately 4 years and she is the most professional, insightful, caring, and competent therapist I have ever consulted. Her no-nonsense demeanor may not appeal to those who are only seeking easy answers to their problems, but if you are looking for someone who is highly ethical and has genuine concern for her patients' long-term well-being, you could not find a better person than her. I consider myself to be extremely fortunate in knowing her and my outlook on life is much improved over 4 years ago.

Dr. Hobday is the best therapist I have seen. Kind, intelligent, perceptive and understanding-everything you want in a therpapist!

Dishonest, unprofessional, uses her position as a weapon. A pen for hire - cares nothing about medicine or health, willing to harm patients, and is a danger to society.

Dr. Hobday is the rare psychiatrist who also offers full psychotherapy sessions. In my experience, one side of the equation (medicine or therapy) is usually stronger; for Dr. Hobday, both are excellent. I appreciate both her insight and compassion. Highly recommend.

A truly disturbing person, sadistic, deceptive, manipulative. Needs to be held accountable for her behavior. Do not visit under any circumstances. Will not be surprised to find out her license is stripped.
