Dr. Gabrielle Mariebarbic Mcgrew, MD

Dr. Gabrielle McGrew has been my primary care doctor for a at least a decade. I have never had a doctor I trusted so much. I have a medical condition that requires a lot of care. She has been there for me through thick and thin; from a common cold to severe illness. Always professional and caring, she listens and asks the right questions to determine how to treat an illness. I find her to be very informative and current with her advise and diagnosis. She has helped me through so much. I trust her more than any doctor I've had in my past.

I've seen Dr. McGrew for many years and I'm always impressed with her patience, professionalism, and bedside manner. She always takes the time to properly diagnose what the problem is, and include specialists if they're truly needed. I wouldn't trade her for anything.

We have been patients of Dr Mcgrew for several years. She is a great listener and really gets to know her patients. Her follow up is outstanding and her approach to diagnosis is methodical and thorough and will not hesitate to bring in a specialist if needed. She will actually call the specialists office directly to obtain an appointment for you. Any specialist she recommends have top notch. We think she is great and highly recommend her.

Misdiagnosed my illness because she wanted to be right about her original diagnoses.Not a very good listener.Dismissive.Computer doctor...very little eye contact.She was pretty casual about my pain...I would not recommend her.

I love that Dr. McGrew is willing explore many options to identify problems. She is also great at integrating information from multiple sources to make sure I am getting a comprehensive picture of my health.

I was so glad to see that I was not the only one that she has treated SO badly. I was late to an appointment by 15 minuets and ended up having to wait for over an hour. I could hear her arguing with an elderly lady and her caregiver. She doesn't seem to want to listen to anyone. I didn't even really need to be there, but she summoned me to her office or I would not be able to get a refill on my anxiety medications. When she found out I had been to the hospital for an anxiety attack, rather than listen to me explain that my therapist had me put on a medication that was causing the anxiety, she refilled my medication once, then sent me a letter saying that I had broken our agreement and would not see me anymore. The worst part was, she FLAT OUT LIED on my medical records, saying that I had made an agreement with her assistant that I would quit taking the medication (the one that helps with the anxiety) when no such thing had occurred. Now I have that on my medical record. Since this… happened, I am still stuck on the "bad" medicine which ended up causing me to have 3 seizures, and I have had insomnia for over a month. I wouldn't let her treat my cat, let alone a human being. DON'T SEE THIS DOCTOR! She is rude and unethical!

Got into room quickly, had to then wait for Dr. at least 45 min.

I went to Dr. McGrew because I wanted to change doctors within her practice. She was exceedingly professional, extraordinarily competent, and, above all, concerned, interested and compassionate. My visit required her to draw upon various fields of medicine and she did so flawlessly. Anyone who believes that young doctors are less competent has not been to see Dr. McGrew. I hope to be as competent and well-regarded by my clients as I regard Dr. McGrew in her profession.

It has been quite a while since I have met a doctor who would spend the time at an office visit to try to get to the bottom of something and research it while I am there.
