Dr. Gali R. Oren-Amit, MD

This review is about the substandard care I received from Dr. Gali Oren-Amit and the subsequent abusive billing practice I have experienced. During my annual physical, I felt that the care provided fell significantly below the expected standard. While annual physical is supposed to be a comprehensive review of my physical health, she rushed it through in less than 10 minutes, largely checking the boxes and lack of care at all. What is worse is her abusive billing practice afterwards. I was diagnosed with an early-stage chronical disease in the past that did not require treatment. During this visit, she proactively asked about it and I immediately stopped her by saying we don’t need to talk about it. Still, she billed me for an additional office visit on top of the annual physical. Just like that, no treatment, no prescription, her asking me a question and my stopping her right away, she charged me an extra office visit! Outrageous! If you are looking for a new doctor or an… existing patient going back to see her, watch out closely for her billing!

Dr Orin-Amit is great. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, who listens. She and her nurse Jessica relax you but take excellent care of you. No judgement. I’m so grateful

Dr. Oren Amit is almost always available to see you on a moment’s notice. She really listens and cares about her patients medically and holistically. She looks at the big picture and is not an alarmist. Great diagnostician and resource for specialists.

She is smart, compassionate, caring. The kind of doctor you hope for.
